Feeling Great Again!
Just finished the 3-day cleanse and am feeling great!Have been “eating clean” for about 4 months now and have hit a weight loss plateau; tried this cleanse to change things up and was excited about the additional protein this cleanse has that other juice cleanses do not so I was not worried about losing any muscle if I were to do a longer cleanse down the road.Overall was able to drop from 220 lbs down to 212 lbs in only 3-days which was a great feeling even if some of the loss was water weight (not sure how as much water as I drank) or bloating and I feel ready to keep pushing, almost wishing I had tried the 5-day, but the 3 day was a little tough for me to stick to at times so was a great place to start. Do expect to be a bit hungry at times but its nothing that can’t be pushed through by drinking some water or hot green tea in my case.I was not a fan of the small size 1oz ginger shots, the flavor was good these cleanses used to come with a larger ginger shot (2-3oz maybe) which I miss. On the up side the juice flavors were all great! I had to remind myself to sip on the drinks otherwise they would have went down really fast and I tried to drink the juices at a slower pace where I could get the most out of them nutrient-wise and would not have to pee every 30min.Overall I really enjoyed doing the cleanse over the weekend (Fri-Sun) and plan to repeat this maybe every 3-6 months.

Delicious And it works!
Itâs been a while since Iâve done a juice cleanse. Tried it for the first (and it was the last) time about 8 years ago. I liked the feeling after, but what I didnât like was making all those juices EVERY DAY.I am so glad I found an option with already prepared juices, that are freshly made from real fruits and veggies. Taste combinations are so good and delicious. My personal favorite is âWater Veraâ. I didnât feel hungry or tired at all. On the opposite, I felt more energized.The shipping was incredibly fast. When I received the package, all the juices were still frozen.Will definitely repeat the course in a few months. Next time will do a longer program (5 or 7 days cleanse)

While difficult to start (because who enjoys starting a cleanse/fast?), I’m currently 1/2 way through the cleanse and discovered it has reawakened my desire to make a short cleanse a monthly habit.I’ve done a couple other cleanses before, years ago, but health challenges gave me the push to try one again when I had an opportunity to trial this product. I found this cleanse easier and more enjoyable than my other cleanses. Because of the way the daily juice line-up includes protein, I wasn’t as hungry as I typically am in a cleanse–I think this might be a great way for an active guy to do a cleanse without ending the day voraciously hungry. Also, I started a cold the day I began the cleanse (we’ve had lots of colds at our house this winter) and was surprised to find that I had the most mild cold symptoms of anyone in my family. I really think the nutrition of these juices helped!

The protein ones are gross but the vegetable ones are good.
This is just okay. There are other juice ones I prefer. The juices are healthy and good and you do lose weight but the Vanilla Cashew Protein had little sand-like pieces of I don’t know floating around – hopefully cashews. This was a gag-reflex stimulator for sure.

Tasty and EZ to follow
I was feeling super bloated after a vacation and decided to get this a try. I want to jump start my system, start a new exercise program and lose a couple of pounds. The juice arrived quickly, frozen with instructions of how to start the program and the order to drink the juices. I was worried about the taste but to my surprise they tasted great! 3 days of tasty juices and no hungry pains made the 3 days go fast.
