Need to work on the flavor
First off, a word about the flavor, which many other reviews mentioned. While it’s not awful, it’s not great either; kind of a mango/fruit type flavor, but not in a good way. It has an unusual smell right when you open the jar, which is a bit off-putting; again tho, the taste isn’t terrible, but could stand some improvement.As for the effectiveness, I will say it does seem to help me fall asleep quickly; moreso than most other sleep supplements I’ve tried. I start feeling sleepy about 15-20 minutes after taking it, and sleep pretty well through the night.

Bad Smelling and not Citrus flavored
From the picture of this item, the jar show an orange looking gummy. There is a piece of orange behind the gummies, and the flavor is listed as Citrus Dream. Well, it should be understood that trying these gummies is more accurately “dreaming of citrus” because for the moment you open the jar there is a foul, medicinal smell that is hard to overcome. Also, the gummies are BROWN and do not taste like citrus at all. I think the problem is all the other ingredients which may help sleep but don’t work well in a chewable gummy. Beware.

It is very effective for sleep, and I do like the idea of gummyâs instead of capsules the taste is all right, which could be better but for the value of price paid and the effectiveness of the product I can overlook the just OK taste. I do recommend this product if you have sleep issues and if you can Combine it with the Triple sleep, magnesium powder, the Fastness that you fall asleep and the quality of sleep that you get are unreal And no other products have been able to do that for me. Also, you do not feel groggy upon waking, which is very important to me as well!

Not going to lie, the taste is not there. It’s a little hard to choke down. But if you can get past that, Holy smokes do these gummies work! I usually have a pretty hard time sleeping. I usually sleep 5 ish hours, waking at the tip of the hour, every hour for the last 3 hours of my sleep. These gummies make me tired within 30 min & KEEP me asleep all night. I can get 7- 8 hours easily (& I only took one gummy, not 2 per recommendation)I don’t feel drugged or groggy like it’s still in my system upon waking. One cup of coffee when I wake & I’m good to go

I’m sad I bought 2 because these smell and taste AWFUL! I normally wouldn’t complain about something as subjective as taste or smell, but the first time I opened the jar, I thought I’d bought something bad. I tried to return the unopened one, but they don’t do returns.
