stopped working, hasnât been a year – but Gooamp made it right
Iâm so sad! I love the design and everything about it but it wonât work anymore! The light works but the little motor mustâve gave out as it wonât do anything when I press the button.Even though itâs been almost a year, the company reached out after my first review and offered to make it right. Good to know! If I have any issues Iâll message them. Great customer support!

Sadly disappointed
I was so excited to get this at my door. I immediately unpacked it and set it up. No noise, colors were great and the smell of my chosen scent was wonderful( lilac)I left to go to the store for a short time and returned to a disaster. The oiled water was all over my nice end table and wood floor. The water was spritzing from the top hole and coming out from the sides where it was closed. My end table was stained, my wood floor was a mess. My gosh something I was so looking forward to just went terrible.

This diffuser is easy to use and depending on the essential oil you use, can clear sinuses, relax you or put you to sleep. This particular diffuser runs approximately 4 maybe 6 hours at a stretch depending on how much water you use. I use distilled water to prevent hardwater scale from forming. I would also recommend distilled water for use in coffee makers and tea kettles, it doesn’t alter taste in the drink like tap water can.

Easy to use
I had this diffuser in my bathroom since May (3 months) and was great for this small place. Easy to use. Iâd put it on hour setting. Just this morning I refilled it but it would t go on. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in but no luck. Iâd really love to get it working again because I liked how easy it was to use.

This product worked great until it stopped working after 5 months. My diffuser does not diffuse and has stopped creating mist. You also cannot get in touch with the seller to help rectify the issue.
