Helps swelling go down
I’ve used foot patches for years. Not specifically this brand, but they work well.Any time my feet are hurting I apply the patches and yes, the patches turn black.What’s nice about this brand is when removing them, the entire patch comes off. After washing your foot There’s no sticky papers left on your foot. Don’t know what the difference is between the white or gold, probably just the color. Make sure to wear socks also. Feet feel better in the morning after nightly patches.
Could be a little placebo effect but I’ll take it. 100 patches will last 50 days at reasonable cost. Easy to apply with only downside being some adhesive residue left upon removal.

After much reading product information, I bought these foot pads and they are the best purchase. I had surgery on my big toe and the swelling never went down after years and it hurt almost as much as before I had the surgery.I put these pads on my feet, after the first use some swelling went away. The next time all of it was gone and I brought the pads to help me sleep, to relax and got the extra bonus of the swelling from the surgery going away. And not returned.This was years ago and I’ve given them to others who love them too for getting rid of body fluid. This is something that I can’t live without.I don’t use them often anymore, but when I need the best sleep ever. I put them on my feet.

Not effective or accurate
Item is different than advertised, I have given multiple attempts, the patches do not stick to your feet and end up coming off when you sleep. They donât do anything for any kind of detox. It is thin and there isnât even an area of the âdetox stuffâ on the patch. Not worth your money. Spend the extra and get the products that are trusted.

You’ll need a roll of athletic tape.
The pads are very small, not near as big as some others I have used and by the time you put it on the pad there’s not much tape surrounding it to stick it to your foot. You’re going to need a roll of athletic tape to go around the middle of your foot to keep it in place otherwise the cover is rip it off during the night. Price was cheap and so are the pads, I won’t be buying this brand again
