Relief in one kit

Really great gift set or starter kit
I got this to help my best friend learn how to do some self massage techniques to help work out some muscle issues they’ve been having after work.While of course all massage is better when it’s done by the individual not in need of massage, these items are also really useful for a single person to use.The tools are all sealed with a soft polish of some sort and sanded smooth. They do absorb a little oil but I view that as a positive.The set is packaged really nicely and can be given directly as is as a gift. There are some booklets included but I always encourage folks to throw that info out and go directly to someone with the proper certification. Great buy.

This is an amazing massage kit. It has pretty much everything you need in one bag. They are easy to use. If you’re unsure of how to use them, just read the included guide and it will inform you of each item and their relative uses. It provides comfort and ease to aches and pains in the body.

This is a good quality set of massage tools that have been handy for working on tight muscles and knots. Hands, fingers, and knuckles are more effective but these require much less strength! As someone who has never studied massage and am likely doing it wrong, Iâll take any help I can get from massage tools.These are well constructed and made of solid wood. Iâve tried a few of them and they seem to be quite sturdy. I pressed one of them hard into a knot on my back and it held up well. The tools all have a smooth finish too so thereâs no worries about getting splinters or running a rough surface across your skin.Overall, this is a very nice set of wooden massage tools for either self massages or to assist in massaging others!
