What Can I Say? I LOVE IT!
What can I say? Out of my recent shopping spree on Prime Week, I stocked up on a mountain load of Korean skincare products and this Heveblue serum was one of them. While it wasn’t my first stint with salmon PDRN as I’ve had it in a facial a year ago before it appeared to have blown up this year – I knew somewhat about its benefits from the esthetician. I was surprised to encounter salmon PDRN blowing up on social media and also on Amazon, and thought why not give it a shot? As a nervous Nelly, I had to check on each and every brand of salmon PDRN offered here on Amazon with an ingredient checker to ensure it’ll be a match for my skin. No one wants clogged pores and definitely no breakouts. Heveblue came up as a match and it gave me a peace of mind in ordering. Lemme just say, the ingredient checker did not disappoint. Out of the 30-40 Korean beauty products purchased on Amazon (yes, I went a bit nutso on Prime Week), this was my absolute favorite. I felt it instantly brightened the face, regulated the T-zone oil on my combo skin as well as hydrating it to a radiant glow (despite not drinking enough water). It was so soothing to apply this and felt like a treat to myself. I’ve steered clear of K-beauty products for about 5 years or so after my last stint where I ended up with a horrible breakout (and I rarely broke out at all). It took several months or so to nurse my skin back to health with intensive spa facials on the regular. At the time, I wasn’t well versed that the 10-step K-beauty skincare routine along with the ingredients might not be compatible for me. At the time, an ingredient checker like this didn’t exist either but nowadays I felt more comfortable having it around to ensure all products I’m purchasing are suitable for my skin. I am excited to complete this bottle and hopefully see even better results.

Simply lovely
This is one of the best K-beauty skincare products I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried a ton! It works very well at calming and plumping. After using a strong exfoliant, I apply the ampoule, and my skin looks amazing. The product is well priced for the quantity, too. Totally recommend!

Beautiful ‘Salmon Caring Centella Ampoule’ Serum
A little goes a long way, it makes my skin feel very smooth and looking glowy (somehow!). Some people commented on the cost/value of the serum but this serum feels and works like my much-more-expensive serums. My friend asked if it had a smell from the salmon egg extract. No smell to the serum or on the skin after applying.This is a Korean product with labelling in English and Korean. The bottle and box have a lot number and expiration date (in 2027) printed on it.

Goes on smooth & absorbs well
I just started using this two days ago (immediately when I got it, I was excited to try!) so I can’t speak to how well it calms my skin yet as it claims in as little as a week. But what I can say is I love the feel of it – it goes on very smooth and absorbs well (and quickly). It has been easy to incorporate it into my skin care routine – I’ve been doing it in the morning and evening along with my other products and haven’t had an issue layering it. Some serums and lotions will feel tacky and never fully dry, but this absorbed well without just disappearing into my skin like I didn’t even put anything on (also something I’ve experienced with facial moisturizers in particular). I have naturally red/pink undertones to my skin so I’m hopeful it can help even that out. It also hast next to no scent, which I prefer. While I haven’t tried a particular product like this before, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, I’m loving this product so far and can’t wait to see longer term results.

最近の韓国コスメによく見られるサーモン抽出成分入りの美容液です。この製品はサーモンだけでなくいくらの成分も入っているとか。生臭さ、お魚臭さは全くありませんので、念のため・・・。美容液自体はとろみのあるテクスチャーで、肌馴染みが良く、しっかりと浸透するので、ベタつきやテカリのようなものは感じません。鎮静系ということもあり、刺激もなく、素直にうるおい成分を補充してくれるような印象です。夜洗顔後に使用して、翌朝はしっとりとしてハリや弾力のある肌質になる、美容液のお手本のような効果を感じました。
