I bought this to help turn off the constant brain thinking at night. Works so well, it’s like melatonin.I will say though to those with diabetes, be careful of the niacin. It’s spiking my blood sugar.

Helps adrenal fatigue
I bought this for adrenal fatigue after I saw his YouTube video on the symptoms and it was basically describing me and all the problems doctors have not fixed for decades. I’m still on my first bottle but do feel more energetic with clearer thinking. Now, I also started the D3/K2 and the Gallbladder formulas at the same time as additional support for my issues. I recommend his videos to figure out what can help your issues and then I recommend his products. You can find cheaper but not better. I’d rather have something that works.
