They taste good. I take them every morning, and although they say once a day, I do sometimes take them before lunch as well. Much better than drinking the ACV on a daily basis. I have had kidney stones, which are very painful. I did a lot of research about kidney stones because I didn’t want to go through that again.Apple cider vinegar helps rid the body of toxins and excess minerals that can lead to kidney stones. According to some, ACV has a cleansing effect on the kidney and liver.I used to drink it two or three times a day. Now, I take these…sometimes I still drink ACV also, because tests reveal I still have a lot of calcium floating around in my urine.

The first few times I purchased this they were soft and chewy, now there on the hard side and nothing like what they used to be, and don’t even taste the same, or work the same. They are not soft chewy gummies!! Disappointing.
