    Dr. Breus cuts through the noise around health and focuses on three simple areas to improve your health. His expertise in sleep shows through, but he also clearly did a deep dive into hydration and the impact breathing techniques can have on our day-to-day wellness.     After suffering with insomnia for 15 years, this book helped cure me
    As someone once said, common sense is not all that common. Yet the seemingly simple “Sleep drink breathe” techniques of this book helped me to cure the insomnia I had suffered with for over 15 years.From this book, I came to realize that most of us do not understand the whole body impact of poor sleep: More than just causing us to be tired, I learned that the systemic effects of insomnia can trigger – or exacerbate – most every disease.Dr. Breus’s book lays out an easy to follow program of practical advice – all backed up by science-backed research. Although I was a bit skeptical at first – since his strategies seemed so simple – I have become a zealous advocate for his non-pharmaceutical sleep solutions. I found that his program was easy to follow and remarkably effective. In just three weeks I learned and implemented the disciplines that would enable me to awaken each morning with a smile on my face. If you have sleep challenges, you need this book!

    Easy to add to your life
    Great book especially if you are looking for small things you can do to make a difference in your sleep.Just a few small tweaks to your daily routine could make a huge difference in how you sleep and feel.This book is laid out very nicely with part 1 talking about sleep and there are even assessment tools. The 2nd part is about Drink and also has an assessment too. Part 3 is about Breathe with explanation of how to properly breathe and more assessment tools. Finally you will learn how to put it all together with the Sleep Drink Breathe Plan. The plan is laid out over a few weeks so that you aren’t overwhelmed by trying to do everything at once. Slowly adding these ideas makes it much easier to incorporate into your life so that you will actually use these going forward.Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the arc.

    Absolutely vital for good sleep
    I ‘ve been a fan of Michael Breus’ work on all of his platforms for a long time. I work weird hours and do a lot of traveling as a college basketball reporter and broadcaster so I have to be very intentional about my sleep. Breus does a terrific job explaining the science of sleep in ways that are easy to understand and giving practical, actionable advice. There’s a reason he is so respected in this field. If you want to sleep better you must read this book. Highly recommend!!
