Impressed with Cryo Ball
I workout 5-6 times per week so I have multiple little aches. This cryo ball is a game changer! Itâs more expensive than a softball or baseball to rub out muscle aches but it is worth the money. I can apply the therapy without needing to use a weird angle or a wall to lean against. Since I can hold and apply this tool, itâs much more comfortable. Cold therapy has been very helpful for me. I put it in the freezer for an hour and this product stays cold for another 2 hours. Definitely worth the buy!

Great for my achilles tendonosis
This product has been really great treatment for my achilles tendonosis. I was recommended to use ice to massage my achilles and thought this would be easier to manage. I was right. It does hold cold for a long time as advertised, not sure if it will hold for hours but you can only massage an area for so long for the effect to not be healing anymore :)Now, the not so positive:1. the ball does not glide smoothly specially when out of the freezer2. the ball alway exposes some of the lubricant when I use it for the first time. I have to always use a toilet paper to wipe it clean or my foot will be all oily and black. I have already done this for a week and there is always more left, see the annotated pictureAll in all I highly recommend this product or similar ones.

BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT I GAVE MYSELF
Working creates a lot of intense knots on my neck, shoulder and hands and Iâve used several different kinds of roller massage products but they all come with their own cons, Whether itâs the grip (handle/handling) or the ball(s) themselves, this roller is by far the best one Iâve had so far!!! The handling or grip is stable and comfortable. As for the ball, itâs amazing in terms of performance. Cold, hot and room temperature it gets the job done immediately and wonderfully!!! Iâm literally at a loss for words, itâs worth the money I swear.

Works as intended
Product works, I like that it has a liquid inside that allows it to maintain temperature for a while, yet I havenât tried it on hot water yet, I wish the product could come apart for cleaning and for use of hot therapy, I donât trust the plastic tho the built is so well I canât make it come apart.

Best for nerve/muscle pain
Bought this to try and find home remedies that I can incorporate into my every day life to help curb chiropractor visits as those are expensive. This gadget targets specific deep muscles and the ice therapy helps soothe nerve pain. So good I bought a second one for my grandparents!

Iâm in love
Absolutely love this little frozen guy. I use right after a workout if my knee is bothering me. Add a TINY drop of oil (not coconut oil or solid oils) to your body part and start to roll. Stays frozen for quite awhile. I love that it is a targeted therapy not just an entire section of body part, you can really get in good to one area.
