Immune Support
This supplement has quite a few ingredients that are supposed to help support a healthy immune system. I didn’t have any issue with them and they were easy to take. The price is inexpensive compared to others. As with any supplement, research and make your own choice.

Does nothing
I have CLL and have to be extra cautious about getting sick. My immune system is compromised. I had blood work done and took these for 3 months until my next blood draw and there were no changes.

I love this 10 in one blend! You get: selenium, quercetin, ginger, zinc, echinacea, elderberry, turmeric, and vitamins D, C, and B6!!! WOW!!!The label only lists the amount included of C, D, B6 and zinc, so there could, theoretically, be just trace amounts of everything else, but skepticism aside, itâs a great immune support supplement!One thing of note for those who are sensitive to odors: the capsules smell ⦠odd. I donât know if itâs a bad smell, but itâs not a good smell either. Itâs sort of an herby smell, but not any fresh herb I could name. If the faintest whiff of something unexpected (and not necessarily pleasant) will set you gagging, then take a pass on this supplement. If smells donât bother you (I mean, I donât normally sniff my supplements), then youâll be fine and very happy with this 10-in-1 blend!

Absurd %DV, strong odor
They smell like pepper and curry. Thereâs actually only 4 legitimate vitamins in these, the rest is traditional herbs/spices – not that those are bad, but there isnât a whole lot of research supporting them medicinally. I also donât think itâs at all necessary to have 450% all the way to almost 3,000% daily value of anything. That seems a little absurd since most of it will just get peed out.

Decent Product
The supplements seem decent, no weird ingredients. However, capsules are not my preferred method of ingestion. These specifically are unpleasant due the potent garlic scent they have. I’m sure the ingredients are helpful in boosting the immune system, but I can find a better tasting and smelling option. I would not purchase again, but they are probably fine for those who swallow pills easily.

Not a lot of confidence in this one
These make me a little nervous. They’re made in the USA, but there are no other indicators of testing or purity. No GMP stamp, no 3rd party lab testing. It just makes me feel a little uneasy when purchasing this brand. I feel like they would advertise it if it were true, so my question is–what am I really buying here if no one is testing it? It’s the one thing that makes me nervous about buying supplements online, and this is one I just can’t get behind.

Something is wrong with these
They have a horrible smell, and upset my stomach, made me very nauseous. I had to stop taking them after a few days. I always take them with food, and have taken similar supplements with the same ingredients for years without any issue. I truly feel like something is wrong with these. And itâs frustrating because you canât return them.
