Works but hurts
This is great and my husband loves it! It does help stretch your back, but the downside for me is that the little pokey things hurt my back. My back is pretty sensitive so it hurts and makes it hard for me to relax. It is very durable, both my husband and I are heavy- at our heaviest while using this we were close to 300 pounds and it worked great and didn’t collapse like another brand of this we had.

Love this back stretcher and it is so simple to put together! Both my husband and I can have lower back pain, hello getting older! This works like a charm and feels so good. Simple solid device
So basic, yet perfect for stretching out my lumbar region. I had a ruptured l5 many years ago. Surgery helped, but my back has gotten stick and sore recently. Iâm able to gently stretch my back out without pain.

Helps a lot with my back after I get home from work. My back has been horrible for years nothing seemed to help relieve the pain on a regular basis. I started stretching more and using this nightly or every other night and it has helped tremendously. Couldnât be happier definitely recommend

This is amazing
I donât usually write reviews but this helped me so much. I have had bad posture of the years that caught up to me. Now Iâm working hard to correct my spine and suffering from sciatica at the same time. I got immediate relief and really feel like this started to help from the first use. Could not believe it
