Beard Trimming At Its Best
If you trim your beard and cut your own hair at home, you most likely have a Wahl Clipper. Thereâs almost no way around it, my best friend used to cut my hair, and he used to use a Wahl Clipper which seemed to last forever, so I purchased one as well. Many of my barbers throughout the years have used them, and mine has been in use for 3 times a week since 2014, without any issues. That means that any company competing with Wahl has to cover a lot of ground, from affordability to durability, in a convenient form factor. Off the bat, the Solati Hair Clipper and Beard Trimmer feels very nice to hold, despite lacking the rubber grip, and the hand contoured shape most Wahl Clipperâs have. Simply looking at the product page for the Solati Hair Clipper and Beard Trimmer didnât give me the impression that it would feel just right when I initially held it. Thereâs a very premium feel that the clipper and trimmer gives you when you feel their perfectly balanced weight, and see their individual screens displaying their current battery power. The Solati Clipper set essentially breaks down to $25 dollars for each one of their wireless hair clippers, which is actually quite good. By comparison, you can get the wireless Wahl Clipper for $35 to $40, while their entry level beard and hair trimmer is $20, and their more robust trimmer is $25. No matter how you look at it, the Solati Clipper set is a great deal. On top of that, when you lift the plastic packaging that holds both of the clippers and the attachments, thereâs a hair trimming cape underneath it. Thereâs also a small bottle of oil to help maintain the trimming blades, as well as a high quality hair comb.Moving on to the build quality, the Solati Clippers earn your respect the moment you use them, and thatâs where it counts. Their Hair Clipper and Beard Trimmer feels smooth, and comfortable, while offering a clean, and even shave. The Beard Trimmer didnât feel like it was rattling, or uncomfortable at any point, and it held its charge for the entirety of the time it was needed. Itâs also nice to have a smaller clipper for my face, since my previous wired Wahl Clipper was used to cut my hair and trim my beard. The Solati Clipper set includes a few trimming attachments that felt good in terms of build quality. The only downside is the limited number of included attachments which are included. Thankfully though, the Solati Hair Clipper set has a standard blade size. This enabled me to use the multi-color set of replacement Clipper Guards that I recently ordered to cover some of the hair trimmer attachment sizes that werenât accounted for. From the pricing to the build quality, as well as the smooth trimming and hair cutting, the Solati Clippers performed very well. Initially, my concern was the form factor, and once it was in my hands, those concerns disappeared instantly. Everything about the presentation was well thought out, with premium, embossed packaging that falls in line with the quality of the clippers. This clipper set deserves a solid 5 stars.

Professional Hair Clipper Kit for Family Cordless Trimmers with LED Display Beard Trimmer
Iâve used a variety of clippers over the yearsâeverything from pet clippers to ones for cutting my son’s hair when he was younger. These hair clippers came into my routine mainly for touch-ups on my daughter’s undercut, but Iâve also used clippers for grooming my two dogs. Iâve had my fair share of experiences with both plug-in and rechargeable models, so I feel I have a solid perspective on their pros and cons. For reference, I typically prefer the wireless option for my daughter’s haircuts since they donât require a lot of power, and theyâre more convenient for quick use. When it comes to my dogs, I use plug-in clippers for longer sessions, and Iâve found they provide a more consistent performance over time. This review is based on my experience with these rechargeable clippers, comparing them to others Iâve used in the past.First off, the ad claims these clippers are âPro,â but I wouldnât categorize them as professional grade. That said, considering their price and the frequent discounts, I didnât expect them to be top-tier. For home use, however, they perform well. I used them to trim my daughterâs overgrown undercut, and the battery lasted long enough to get the job done without issue. Theyâre sharp enough to cut smoothly without pulling hair or leaving uneven spots. I was impressed with how easily they handled the job.One important thing to note, though, is that I didnât see replacement blades available, so Iâd treat these clippers as more of a disposable option. That said, you can extend the life of both the blade and motor by keeping them clean and oiled. There are plenty of helpful YouTube videos that show you exactly how to maintain them.

Great pair of cordless budget clippers, cut thick asian hair well
**Background:** My son and I cut our own hair in between professional haircuts. I have an undercut while growing the top out so sometimes I just need to clean up the back and the sides. I’ve experienced with clippers as we used to groom our dog. So we have a plug-in, Andis clipper and it a dozen or so professional blades. And I’ve also had my many different budget non removable blades throughout my life. Brands like oyster wahl. So I have a decent frame of reference. None of our clippers or cordless so this looked like an interesting option. They use the term professional on their listing, but you have to be realistic for less than $50 (I have spent as much just on blades) and it looks like they are offering even cheaper with some discounts kind of crazy. But again the fact that the main unit does not have a replaceable blade, you have to be realistic. That said I am very happy with the product. The blades are actually sharper than I expected these cut better than any other budget clippers I have owned. How long the blades will stay sharp can’t say. But the quality is surprising and I have thick course Asian hair and these clippers did just fine. The smaller groomer has two speeds the larger clippers only have one. The guards or limiting combs fit fine and don’t fall off. They provide a black bib, cleaning brush and oil. I think people have issues because they don’t properly clean. I would definitely recommend getting some kind of clipper cleaning fluid. This does several things one is it protects the blades helps gets out all the grit inside helps the blade run cooler which will help it last longer and also sterilize the blades. I like Andis blade care plus 7 in 1 (Amazon link https://a.co/d/7HeuMZm) I have no affiliation I just searched amazon and saw some crazy prices this was the first reasonable one that popped up. Regardless of what clippers you choose I strongly recommend this or similar stuff and your blades and clippers will last much longer. Our doodle has crazy thick hair if not for this stuff there is not way we could cut his hair without just chewing up expensive clipper blades. I put some in a shallow sealable container and dip the clipper blades in while running it helps clean out the blades and helps lubricate everything and then once in a while, add some extra oil. You and reuse the fluid a couple times the hair bits settle to the bottom just carefully pour into another container leaving behind the hair bits.Back to the review: I’m actually so shocked that they can offer clippers of this quality at this price point. Being cordless makes it so much easier to cut your own hair. The blades are sharp and smooth definitely not professional level but way above any other budget clippers I have used. The unit to themselves have some heft to it and don’t feel cheap. We have we have thick Asian hair in these great. I don’t think you can start a side hustle and cut whole neighborhoods hair with these. But for home use, I think they’re great.
