Excellent thermal brush.
I’ve tried several different thermal brushes and I’ve never been proficient with any of them Until now. This one is great! I got the smaller brush 1.25 in. and that may have made a big difference. I have longer, fine, very straight hair that is resistant to curling. So most thermal brushes will add volume and are good for a blow out …. but until this one I’ve not been able to curl my hair. With this smaller brush I am able to get very nice loose curls with not too much effort. Another great feature for me is that my hair doesn’t get stuck in the bristles. I usually have a problem with my hair getting tangled, but this brush glides right through my hair.Other good features: it has a lot of temperature settings, it is lightweight, it has a swivel cord and a little stand so it doesn’t touch the counter. Just be careful as it gets very very hot! Wear a protective glove if you can.

Looking forward to using it on medium or short hair
My hair is longer than is age appropriate and I am going to do something about it this year. In the meantime though, I don’t have enough patience to deal with learning how to use a new kind of hair care appliance on hair that won’t cooperate. When my hair is short or at least a lot shorter, I think this will be a joy and a delight to use for adding curl and volume. There’s a broad range of temperatures and it heats up quickly. I like that there’s an auto shut-off at 60 minutes but I wish it was 30 minutes instead for real safety. I already know I’m not a curling iron person -I did try. I don’t want to talk about it- so curling with a heated brush is very appealing. While my hair is long though, nope. Too many tangles. BUT… if you have long hair and patience, you should give this a go.

All-in-one hair tool
I expected this to be similar to the curling brush I currently use but was surprised that it’s so much better. It’s not a dryer type at all but more of a curling iron and straightener all-in-one. I was able to curl my hair and added volume where it desperately needed. My hair is very straight so I normally have a hard time trying to keep the curls for more than a few hours but with this thermal brush, the curls, volume and style lasted over 24 hours! Absolutely highly recommend!

Don’t like this at all
This doesn’t seem to dry very quickly. I think this needs to have a higher temperature. I don’t think this has enough heat to really do much. This doesn’t really curl my hair because it doesn’t have enough heat. The controls are not very nice. The instructions are horrible and borderline hilarious. Instructions talk about opening things that don’t even exist. I can’t help but think the instructions I got aren’t even for this item. Not worth the money in my eyes. I could hardly get this to work at all.

Thermal styling brush

Quick heat up and easy to use
In my opinion, thermal brush compares to features of a curling iron with bristles and no lever to hold the hair. I found this smoothed my hair very well. It turned the ends under into a soft curve. The overall function is to either start in the middle and roll/ rotate the brush. It can also have hair wrapped around it and hold. It operates a lot like a curling iron with no clamp, for comparison.I found this thermal brush to be helpful with smoothing and curling the ends. I did not find the tool as necessary or essential as I expected. I will likely use it again. If I had limited space for styling tools, I would donate it rather than keep it.My rating is 3.5 Stars. I have shoulder length hair. Someone with a different hair texture or different length of hair, will likely have different results. For these reasons, I will round up to 4 Stars. I do think the thermal brush is giftable for someone that likes to change hair styles frequently.I hope my thoughts and opinions help someone.

Thermal Brush
I got this for my tween daughter. She likes it and it does a good job of adding volume to her hair. It is easy for her to use. I like that there are 12 different temperature range settings instead of just a few. Someone with fine straight hair does not need the same setting as someone with coarse thick hair and 12 settings allows you to find the best one for your particular hair needs to keep the heat damage to a minimum. It is a great first styling tool!
