Great for flaky scalps!
Brought this to use with my sonâs scalp treatment regimen. He has been dealing with a bad case of Seborrheic dermatitis. So i have been doing research on how to properly handle his condition. Because just trying to wash it doesnât help get the build up, and scraping the scalp makes it worse. So along with the medication shampoo he was prescribed, I start using this to gently lift up the flakes before using the shampoo. We also sometimes use a medicated oil after washing. So far he has less build up on his scalp and this was just after two washes. I also make sure to use the scalp brush that came with it as well. In the beginning we washed twice a week, now we only need to wash once a week.

Feels so good!
This scrub feels so good on an itchy scalp. I apply it over my sink, so I don’t have to clean the extra charcoal out of the tub. I rinse it out, and then use shampoo (Jason antidandruff) and than a tea tree oil conditioner. My scalp is so much less itchy now.

Refreshing Charcoal Scalp Scrub
I got a scalp scrub with charcoal and tea tree oil, and Iâm really liking it! Itâs super refreshing with a nice cooling effect. The scent is sweet but not overpowering at all. Itâs easy to use – yeah, it can be a bit messy, but thatâs no big deal. The scrub particles are really fine, so itâs gentle on the scalp, and it even comes with a massage brush to help spread it around. My scalp can get flaky sometimes, and this scrub does a great job of cleaning and refreshing it. Overall, itâs a solid product – Iâd definitely recommend giving it a try!

Smells good, works okay
I usually use the Sephora brand scalp scrub but wanted to try something different. There is a disgusting amount of ingredients in this scrub which makes me concerned as to whether it is actually beneficial. I also notice that the only way it completely rids build up is if I scrub once, rinse, scrub again, rinse & then use a moisturizing shampoo.
