31st March 2018Amazon Review ProductThis 2 page review is about the Upgraded Beard kit for men Beard Growth Grooming and Trimming with unscented oil, leave-in conditioner, mustache and Beard balm butter wax, brush beard, beard comb and sharp scissors gift set. Now I like this set but when I got it, it did not come with the leave in conditioner which it was supposed to. I wish it came with the conditioner so I could see how it like after each use. Also, the set did come with everything else like it was supposed to, so that was plus. I wish the oil was scented like the beard balm, but even though it is not it still gets the job done. Now there is not any negative reviews about this product which means it must be a really good product. So far since I have used this product, my beard is really not as itchy as it used to be which is really amazing. The beard balm works really well too and gives the beard a nice texture. The scent of the balm, smells a little like fruity pebbles. Like seriously, they could have made it smell like Polo Ralph Lauren cologne instead of fruity pebbles besides Polo Ralph Lauren smells like a man not a kid. I like the kit as a whole because it is small and you can take it everywhere you go when you travel whether by a car or plane. Also, I wish the brush was softer but it still gets the job done. I have not used the comb yet, but after the reviews, I am pretty it is of a good use as well. Then the scissors, I do not know how to style beards, but I am sure they can be of good use when I learn how to style beards by like watching YouTube videos or something. The oil and beard balm, make my beard look shiny, soft, and shiny. I would definitely repurchase this kit for $16.99 off of Amazon. If you have a boyfriend or husband and coming from another man’s perspective, you should buy this for him as a gift and he will definitely love you even more. Out of all the reviews, this product is rated 4.5 starts out of 5 stars which tells me how great of a product it is and that you should buy it. Also, there is also shampoo and conditioner for Men’s Beard and Mustache growth that you can buy with this product since you know, it did not come with conditioner. This product is perfect for any type beard. The oil is 100% Pure Natural Beard Oil, the Beard balm is 100% pure beard balm, the brush is 100% Boar Bristle Beard Brush, The comb is handmade and Anti-Static and the scissors are sharp and stainless. The reason I bought this product, is because I saw my friend using it and heard him talk about and the results are tremendous and works really well. I mean if you’re growing out your beard, it takes forever to grow, so what a faster way to grow with this wonderful Beard kit for Men/Dads and Husbands. The best way for results, is to use the oil at night and then beard balm in the morning. Also you can use both at the same time, but would have to use less beard oil and beard balm if you use both at the same time. Another thing, you should definitely be sure to use a lot of soap when you wash your hands because after you use the beard balm, your hands will be really greasy since it is beeswax. The oil is pretty easy to wash off once you are doing using so it is less of a hassle to wash off which is why I like using it more than the beard balm, but I use them both anyways for better results than just using one or the other. So far I like using these products and cannot wait for the results after a while so I can give a stronger reason of why you should buy this product along with the Shampoo and Conditioner because I am telling you when you buy these products, you will not expect any disappointing results. Solid Beard Kit, But Packaging Might Spoil the Surprise
Not taking a star off for this since it’s not really the company’s fault, but just be aware that this product may not come inside Amazon packaging. Mine didn’t. The box itself doesn’t explicitly show what’s inside, but there’s enough info for someone to figure out it’s a beard care kit.It also arrived a day early, which normally would have been great. But since I wasn’t expecting it yet, I didn’t think to stop my boyfriend when he offered to grab the package for me. Not that it would’ve made a difference—I just assumed, like always, that it would come in Amazon packaging like everything else I’ve ordered over the years.As for the product itself, so far, he likes it. He really enjoyed the scent, and I might buy the oil and balm again in the future. He liked the cleanser and conditioner too but felt they weren’t really necessary since regular shampoo and conditioner work just as well. You could probably say the same about the beard oil, but he liked the smell enough to make it worth using.Overall, a solid kit—just something to keep in mind if you’re trying to keep it a surprise!

Bought as a gift and he loved it.
Every year I get one of my brother in laws beard stuff, usually I spend 50$ or so to get everything for it, however this kit was affordable and came with more than I usually am able to get for 50$! What a steal! He said they are all good quality, smell great, and his beard is looking great!

I have been making my own beard oils for a while now so I didn’t really need that. But I needed some more balm, I could do with a new beard brush and a little pair of beard scissors could always come in handy so at the price, I decided that this was a cracking little buy and took a punt on it.The comb is nice enough, it’s very lightweight I have a similar one made of cedar wood which is probably 3 times as heavy. If I had to guess, I would say it was made of pine or something similar and will be great for taking on holiday to keep the old luggage weight down.The brush is bigger than I was expecting but that’s a good thing. The bristles are firm enough to do a lovely job on my beard but soft enough not to scratch the skin (a tough combination to achieve).The scissors are small, metal and sharp, they cut the hair and don’t pull when they’re doing it. Not a lot more I can say about them.Now the important stuff.The balm. It comes with a little warning saying that bubbles could form from gases in the wax etc, it looked like it had been poured that morning, it was perfect. Also, it’s a little softer than the ones I’ve used recently, some of those have been the texture of a block of yellow lego and you need to rub them in your hands with the kind of vigour last seen by Mr Miyagi at the end of The Karate Kid. This, however, is softer, I suspect they use a higher ratio of shea butter to wax than the others. It’s nice, I like it. It also has a slightly citric fragrance. It’s supposed to be orange but my nose picks up more of a lemony or perhaps grapefruit notes. Either way, it’s a good clean smell.The oil. First of all, this is a very light oil. It gives a nice finish and is great on the skin. If you have a beard that goes all over the place this won’t be heavy enough calm that frizz, saying that, if you use it alongside the balm you’ll be fine. The oil is almost scentless. That’s not a bad thing as it doesn’t then clash with anything else you may be using, it also means that by having very little in the way of essential oils it won’t bother people with sensitive skin.Overall this is a great little set that depending on the type of beard you have and how often you use it will keep you going for a long old time. Good quality and great value for money.
