Almost as delicious as my wife’s ratatouille
I never thought I would like a bunch of veggies stewed together until my wife made some ratatouille and I’ve been hooked. She got this stuff in a bind and I have to say that it was almost as good as the homemade stuff and at under $4 actually a really good value. Love it!

This is great blend and very versatile when cooking. The veggies are great on a pizza, in a fritatta, in an omelette, or in a stew. I use them pretty much every week. I’ve never found a vegetable blend I like as much., The price is good as is the quality. Only thing missing is onions, but I;m used to that as so many folks don’t like onions. Not me: I go into panic mode when there is no fresh garlic or onions in the house. Anyway, try this mix. Its great! Aand, the price is reasonable.

Very flavorful
Like someone else said in their review, it’s flavorful but mushy. I really don’t mind the texture though, I believe that’s to be expected with re-heated frozen veggies. There was some extra “sauce” in the pan so I feel like this would pair well with something that needs more flavor like rice or cauliflower rice. Also I feel like this would be great with a protein for dinner or in an omelet. Is it just me or does this seem like it’s could almost be made into ratatouille?

This is a well-balanced mix that I love to have available in my freezer at all times. Mixes very well with pastas and sauces. Taste very fresh. My girlfriend says it looks nice too (I don’t care about looks if I’m going to eat it lol)

Tasty, but weird texture
Iâve bought these twice and had the same experience both times – the taste is good (needs salt), but it is pretty soggy. It would be good over rice, but not my favorite on its own.

Awesome blend!
Perfect blend well seasoned with such delicious taste! Goes well with salmon or a roast of some kind (poultry), using this blend as a side dish, and adding another side dish such as Jasmin rice or even sauteed potatoes, It’s always seasoned with olive oil and spices, so you just warm it up and voila! I recommend it!
