Wow this is the best yet. Nice that you can spray it on so your hands donât get sticky. The smell is refreshing and it doesnât over spray. Easy to use and it works great. Highly recommend as a pickleball player it works on knees, elbow and back.

Awesome product! I use this so I can sleep at night. My shoulder, both of them need surgery, but I canât deal with 6 months rehab so I use this instead and finally get some relief while Iâm sleeping. It is the best product I have tried and I will continue to use it until it doesnât work anymore and I opt for surgery.

Pain relief that smells
Wife doesnât like the smell when I put on. It did relieve the pain a little wanted to put more on but also wanted to get back in the house.I only use it now when Iâm going to be away for some time or spending more time in my shop.

Great product!!
Two or three years ago, I discovered this product on Amazon, and since then, I’ve been using it regularly. It really helps give a boost to my aging joints before any physical activity. Additionally, if you get hurt during sports, it helps speed up recovery and gets you back on the court sooner. Many people have started using it after I introduced it to them, including my elderly mother-in-law (I guess Iâve become an unofficial ambassador… haha)!Anyway, if you’re looking for a product like this, I highly recommend it. But keep in mind that not everything works the same for everyone, so itâs ultimately your decision to buy it. Iâm just sharing my experience!

Disappointing Topical Pain Relief
I got this topical pain spray after seeing ads. The spray ran out much sooner than other pain relief sprays I have used before. As advertised the scent is fine. But runs out way too soon. Not a good value for cost, even if other pain relief spray odors are detectable better buys.

New spray cap stinks update of my review!
I have purchased Tidl twice and it works very well. I just opened the one with the new spray cap and it is really lousy. It doesnât open properly and when I did get it to work it had a poor spray, ended up putting it on my hands and applying directly to sore back , but now I have to be careful not to touch my face because the menthol solution does not wash off.. please return to the original spray can.October 26, 2024I feel the need to update my review. I was contacted by the TIDL founder Shan Umer asking me if he could send me a replacement for my TIDL Cryotherapy spray, I responded that it was unnecessary and I would still continue to buy and use the product despite not liking the spray cap. I was so surprised when I received a box from the TIDL team with a replacement for my original purchase and found a tube of Heat Therapy, and TIDL morning therapy spray as well. I recommend all of these products now that I have used them all.In this day of generally lousy customer service in all sectors I was so impressed with a personal message from the founder of the company and additional items he sent me.I have even come to like the new spray cap after using it for awhile.If you need pain relief, use TIDL products, they really work.

Love CRYO THERAPY , however this is the second container that does not work. It gets a little expensive when container doesnât work and it doesnât work.
