These are Pantry Items at My House — HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
These are great for sore bodies. If you’re middleaged and get hurt sitting in a chair wrong, this works well. Very sticky but not too sticky as to cause a problem while trying to put it on. Easy to remove after 8 hours. Much better than putting a rub of some kind straight on your body that you then have clothing on top of. Good price and easy to use.There’s 6 of them in a single plastic envelope inside. You may think that having them all not sealed up is going to weaken them — it doesn’t. I’ve grabbed one from a pack that had been opened for longer than a year and it was as good as a new one. The plastic backing on them seals them up really well,

Great option for pain relief
These work great! I tweaked my back a couple weeks ago and needed something to help with it the pain. I tried a few different options but this was one the best. It stayed in place very well. It took a little while to kick in but I forgot about it, and then an hour or two later it just sort of hit me that my back wasn’t really bothering me anymore. Ordered more just to have some on hand.

Great size
I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain. I love this big size because it can cover my shoulder and part of my trapezius muscle. I often sleep with them on both sides. It helps me fall asleep getting some relief from the pain.

I am a big fan of these. They stay on fairly well and a lot better than lidocaine patches. They work well enough, take the edge off a little. I would recommend. Buy on subscribe and save to save money and make a better value! They donât get too warm that itâs unbearable, but definitely has a minty smell. Sometimes itâll burn my eyes at first if I have multiple on my neck at once. Easy to use, relatively comfortable, except when my hair gets caught in the patch.

These are really effective for temporary pain relief on lower back. Starts working within minutes and lasts a surprisingly long time. They can be cut to fit as well. Stay in place and donât peel off until you take them off.
