Cooling feel good.
Great application. I love the cooling effect. It really helped my pain in my neck and lower back.

Works!
Watch the video to know how to start using it, a bit complex but can be figured out. I like the applicator so I got have to touch the cream with my fingers. The scent is strong so stay away from face.

The cream seems to work, but the packaging is lacking important application and use information.
The cream seemed to work as expected, but when I removed the tube from the box, there were no instructions on how to dispense it. The lid has a unique feature that requires you to fit the nipple into the side of the cap and twist it to break the seal. I figured it out, but I expect there are many customers scratching their heads to get the cream to flow. The special massage pad is a bit over-design too.Once you get the cream on your sore areaâ¦..now what? Do you rub it in until it dries? The instructions say to wash your hands afterward. Well, I used the cream on my hand. Do I put it on and then wash it off? If so; how long do I wait?

Too childproof!
You need to be a genius to understand the instructions on how to open the tube. They may as well be written in Greek. This is the first genuine childproof product I’ve ever seen. I could not understand the instructions at all and wound up having to cut the top with scissors in order to get it off. The tube is brilliant in its design, but not for an 81 yr old to understand how to open. I rendered it down to a usable cap that I can open. Once I could open it, the Advil product itself is wonderful.

Works great on lower back pain.

Awesome product
Very easy to use, but if it was a roll on it would be perfect. It’s better than taking a tablet. Helps with the pain.

Good/Bad
I like the formulation of the ingredients. It works very well for my shoulder pain. However the applicator is absolutely garbage. Why they didnât just use the traditional roll on style application? This applicator just doesnât work well at all. A squeeze tube with a ridiculous applicator lid? Just horrible execution. The tube becomes distorted and then the product will not come out in an even way. This product will not be repurchased. Would not recommend it to anyone. There are better products with proper applicators.
