Great for the price
Great size, easy to use, simple roller. Works great on my heel/arch pain. I like how the nubs are flat, rather than spiky. The nubs are also a little hard, so personally I think it feels best when wearing socks. Rubber is solid and feels like it will last forever.

It works
Nice little massager for plantar fasciitis. Surprisingly light for being a so strong material. Better than going to a therapist and use the same thing since you can use it at home while watching TV. Good size for any foot. It rolls smoothly and is adequately priced. Together with the other plantar fasciitis exercises it’s improving my condition.

Not bad, but a too rigid and pointy for bare feet
This product would be great if the nubs were a bit softer or larger (or a lot smaller). As it is, it’s not comfortable to put a lot of weight on this. But the part that really gets me is inside the holes on either side, there is some plastic protrusion that makes it impossible to use two fingers in the holes to roll it over an area. So it’s pretty much only for floor use, or with other equipment.
