A friend recommended these sleep tabs and I can attest they work like magic. I take it and before you know it, I am out and sleeping. I wake up feeling refreshed and rested. The pills are very small . They are easy to swallow. It has no tastes , at least to me because I try to swallow them without letting them dissolve. A bottle of 80 pills last me about 2 months because I donât use them every night.

It does take a little bit before it kicks in and for my taste I would say I wish it had a quicker effect, but the main part I care about is if it actually puts you to sleep and when I say it kicks in it kicks in I will be out and not wake up.The size is very small so it is easy to swallow and it doesnât have a bitter taste.

Be careful what you wish for
After a lifetime of tossing and turning, fighting to go to sleep, I finally decided to try Unisom. This was my experience: I took one pill about 15 minutes before I wanted to fall asleep. Man did it work. I didnât feel groggy or drugged but within 15 minutes of my head hitting the pillow, I was out like a light. That never happens. However, the next day, I was exhausted to the point of distractionâ¦.all day long. It was miserable. The next couple of nights I tried only half a pill but my reaction was the same. Personally, this product doesnât work for me.

It put me to sleep cold turkey after just 15 minutes. Even taking half a pill works fine. The morning drowsiness can be dealt with with a nice cup of coffee.

I like to switch it up sleep aids instead of diphenhydramine or gravol. I cant find unisom (doxylamine) at shoppers, it’s only available in night time cough syrup there and possibly all canada.

If like me, you find antihistamine products don’t work as sleep aids, this one is unlikely to be any different. Hoping against hope that this one would finally be different and help with my chronic insomnia, I purchased it recently. Unfortunately, like all the other versions that make many people sleepy, this just gave me the usual foggy, yet hyper-feeling. I took it about 30 minutes before bed. After 30 minutes there was a tiny feeling of drowsiness, but that soon morphed into a thick-headed, mind-racing few hours of frustration.If other antihistamines don’t do the trick for you, I would think twice before wasting your money on this very expensive version!!!!
