Burn/Reaction, perhaps formula changed?
Enjoyed it the first time I purchased which helped keep my undereye area hydrated and helped when applying color correction over it, loved how it worked out so I came back for another one. However this time around it began to tingle/burn which created redness, a couple red bumps, and dry patchy skin under my eyes and corners of my eyes sting. There’s irritation on top of my upper eyelids, because I apparently I like to rub my eyes which spread the product. I wasn’t sure if it was due to wind burn from being out in the New England cold for my walks or an ingredient in eyeshadow/color correction concealer so.. I tested it again two weeks later! After I was nearly healed I immediately regretted my choice. I had the same reaction. I wont be reaching for this product again, I believe I’m sensitive to it, or the formula changed (my first stick didn’t do this to me).

Positives: This balm was very easy to apply & small size could go in a purse.Negatives (at least for me): I was using this morning & evening. Iâm 65 & have under eye wrinkles & very little discoloring. After about 3 weeks, I was looking in a magnifying mirror & wondering why my under eyes, with or without makeup, looked so bad. I had chapped skin & my lines looked awful. So Iâm apparently allergic to some of the ingredients or my skin is too sensitive for this product. Went back to Vaseline, & within a week looked to much better. Itâs cheaper too!!
