Seems grippy and moisturizing. I was worried it would be chalky but it’s clear, thick, and dries in a nice matte that doesn’t look drying as sometimes happens with primers. It’s especially nice during winter wear it’s really important to stay moisturized. So pleasantly surprised.

I have used various other e.l.f. primers and really like them so decided to give this one a try. The other ones I have used were smooth and reduced shine with quick drying time. However, this product made my skin very sticky and shiny, like I needed to wash my face again after application of it.
