Not sure how all the negative reviews came to their conclusions outside of misuse of the product. Has been great for me! I bought it for a long car ride and is operating just fine. Sturdy, not too hot, and can place it where I need with ease.Update:Shorted out and stopped working all together. On my second one. We will see how this goes.

Get deep into the muscle
I bought this yesterday and it arrived within 6 hours! Super fast shipping.I wanted to save money from having to book deep tissue massages in the coming months. I previously had a Homedics version for several years but our new puppy peed on it so it had to go bye bye.I was skeptical when I saw this box thinking it would be too small and trashy. Not so! It’s the perfect size to use all over the body. I started my first massage sitting upright on the couch and gently placed it under my left hip and buttock to help with tightness and sciatic pain. Perfect! It was able to dig into the muscle and give an excellent massage. I loved how it rotated both directions to really get the knots out.I did both sides and went down my legs, then moved to a painful left shoulder and upper arm area. I was actually able to gently hold it against my chest and upper arm to get into the sore clavicle area as well as the shoulder.I went to bed shortly afterwards and slept well through the night. Now at work the next day I notice my walking is better and I’m not limping once I get out of the car. My lower back is less tight and I feel like I will be able to get through the day without popping Aleve to help. This is just after 1 use so I’m looking forward to more!I will be using this daily in addition to my chiropractic regime weekly to regain mobility.

Worked great! Until it stopped working 3 months later
I ordered this massager at the end of September 2024. I used it pretty frequently (a few times a week) for my shoulder and lower back pain. It really helped relieve muscle tension and the heat quality was also good. I really liked that it also came with a cigarette lighter adapter and allowed me to use the massager in the car for long road trips!Unfortunately, after only 3 months of use, it stopped working or turning on. I was hoping it was just the wall adapter that was busted. But the cigarette lighter adapter was also not working.

Does what it says. But….
Does feel good on my lower back. Especially with my lower back pain. Feels good on my neck. Turned on heat mode. But doesn’t get hot. Barely noticeable. But I’m ok with that. I’m more in it for the massage. I do use this on my calf muscles. Which helps. I’ve used it on my upper neck. Between my shoulder blades. Mid back. My only slightest con is I can sit all the back. When this device is against my back. So I’m leaning forward. But that’s just using it on my recliner. Does come with a car plug in. But haven’t used it on a kitchen chair. Or my drivers seat. Yet. Durability is good. I can push back against it. And still feel it working. I’m happy with it

I received this less than a week ago and after very little use is ripping at the seams. It took a while to get here, and by the looks of it will have to pay to ship it back to CHINA! What a waste of time, energy and money.And NOW…The invoice from the post office for sending this $50. neck massager back to the Chinese address listed as the only option in order to get a refund, MINUS the shipping to Canada was “$231.36 for Xpresspost International”- $154.91 for Surface Parcel Int’l & $383.46 for Priority WW-parcel!!! So obviously it’s NOT going back, and I basically just threw away the price of this defective product! Please be warned if you’re looking to purchase this!
