Tried and true! This is a great mascara for a great price!.
This is good quality mascara. I do not use the water proof, but this still stays in place and does not smudge or run unless you really get it wet. I’ve used it for many years. It has never burned my eyes or skin as I have sensitive eyes and skin! It works best to start at the base of your lashes and wiggle the wand back and forth for a few strokes and then work it out toward the tip of your lashes. I am also able to build on the thickness and length with this mascara. It isn’t clumpy or a super builder for crazy long lashes, but looks natural while giving you longer lashes.

Burgundy Mascara is where it’s at! L’Oreal Voluminous Mascara is a classic formula
I wanted to try something different than black and I’m so glad I did! I have green eyes and the Burgundy didn’t look vivid but enhanced my eyelashes as it’s not a tubing mascara from L’Oreal Voluminous Mascara line! This is such a classic mascara that is moisturizing on the lashes, adds volume, adds length, and I can add separation when shimmying the lashes from the bottom slowly in an outward motion! Such a classic formula! I have tried the black before and now I can say I have tried the Burgundy mascara which looks great with a burgundy, cranberry, maroon, plum eyeliner such as MAC or many others on the market!! This would look good on Any color of eyes and skin tones! They have green and blue and a violet shade as well as their classic black and brown! I feel this mascara is less expensive than other L’Oreal mascaras but ALWAYS performs no matter what!

Pretty Color⦠But Only Noticeable When Youâre Crying
I bought this mascara specifically for the Deep Burgundy color, hoping for a fun but subtle pop but honestly, it just looks black unless someone is right up in my personal space. The formula itself is great…nice volume, not too clumpy, applies smoothly….but the color payoff was a bit disappointing.However, I did finally see the burgundy⦠when I started crying. ð« Let me tell you, this is not waterproof and my toddler was thoroughly convinced I was bleeding from my eyeballs. So, if you want your mascara to stay put through emotional moments or toddler tantrums, this ainât it.Great quality, just wish the color stood out more before the tears started rolling! ð

Long lasting
I’m a brunette with eyes that tend to be more on the orange side, and I love how the burgundy just makes my eyes pop. It’s easy to apply and I never notice it getting clumpy which is a big plus. The color gives just enough to see you have makeup being on without it looking fake.I love this so much, it’s on my subscribe and save.

I love the fun colors that this mascara has. It does go on well and it does look like the color that shows in the picture. If you like to play around with your make up, I think itâs worth the price.

Unpopular opinion, it seems…
I used to use this mascara and loved it, so was excited to have it again. However, it is not like I remember, and it takes me double the time to apply now. It gets incredibly goopy in the container and is more mess than it’s worth. I also have very naturally long eyelashes, and it just clumps them together which is a pain. If you love thus product, I’m very happy for you, but I’ll continue to hunt for a mascara for me.

LâOreal voluminous ORIGINAL / Black , is the OG mascara of grocery stores.If you want volume / length, this is the one.When I apply lashes I use this for just one coat and it blends seamlessly!For about $8 bucks you canât beat that.Grocery stores still have hidden gems!!

Best Mascara!
I have been using this product for many years. I have tried many others but no other brand compares to LâOréal. The round brush prevents clumping. I can wear it with the confidence that it wonât be all smudged by the end of the day. I went to purchase at our local box store only to find it behind a locked glass door! Pushed the âhelpâ button and left after waiting for several minutes. Ordered from my phone in the parking lotâ¦Amazon for the win!

I wore this colour back in the 80s and it was the hottest thing/trend. All the girls wore it. Blue the most popular. There were different colours. Green, pink, gold and this blue. Good price point. Package came with two, gave one to my daughter who was skeptic about it but has since changed her mind. Itâs a subtle look so donât be afraid that your eyelashes will look blue. The colour looks so pretty in the light. Back in the 80s, this mascara was the hype and it was hard to get. I remember showing up at my local drugstore 2 hours before the store opened to get my hands on it. By noon it was sold out. Try it. Youâll like it, plus anything 80s is retro now. Hard to believe. The 80s was a wonderful time to be young. I choose to wear it daily now, in solidarity of my youth, and the wonderful time it was to be alive.
