Skeptic is Impressed, Product WORKS!
Very pleased. Item really seems to work, keeping my arms not only protected from sun, but leaving me feeling infinitely cooler. Sleeves are a little longer than I expected (or my arms are stubbier than most), but once accustomed, prefer extra length because can pull the excess material further down to cover more of my fingers. In fact, kind of wish the item offered a glove style.Although I haven’t washed the sleeves yet, I can already see some wear, that while doesn’t affect the sleeves performance, will have me saving some pairs for more formal occasions & others for daily use. I highly recommend buying the multi-pack for this reason, not only because it’s more cost effective, but also for the versatility they offer in matching clothing, and keeping some for dressier uses. I’m going to check & see if there’s a multi-pack offering all white sleeves, since for daily use, think these are the most functional for Summertime.Would not only but MORE pairs, but will also look for a neck scarf, too – this product REALLY works & I’ve bought quite a lot that do not really block Sun or the cooling is only temporary & often messy (give the slimy, wet, towels & neck scarves a miss!)Am buying my 3rd set. Just an f.y.i., these wash well in terms of shape & retained function, but relatively innocuous foods have left permanent stains, so might wish to also be little extra vigilant about keeping them clear of such contact. Since function & fit are so great, will continue to buy & keep few pairs pristine for more special occasion type use.Update: Some of my 1+ year old pairs have seen a LOT of use, so began washing on delicate cycle, in a lingerie bag, then air drying (which is quick, even in humid weather). Surprised to find very little difference in appearance, so eliminating the clothes dryer all good — less energy use, less heat, and hopefully extending the life of the product even further!

does what its supposed to do
I LOVE to garden and work in my back yard and hot weather can be a bit much. I realized going to the beach how uneven my skin color is on different parts of my body. My forearms are extremely dark (I have the farmers tan) and the rest of me is pretty fair. I would say mainly because I work in t-shirts. Occasionally the tank tops come up when it’s super hot, but that is another issue. Anyway, I thought this would keep my arms from getting sunburned and darker. So they were easy to put on (similar to putting on pantyhose) you have to scrunch them up and pull them on… the upper band was a little tight on my out-of-shape flabby arms BUT not uncomfortable… I was able to pull them up to fit underneath the edge of my t-shirt short sleeve. I worked in them all day in the hot sun. They did NOT make me hot or sweaty but rather kept that part of my body cool. I felt a little more protected as well from shrubs, etc. even though they were not specifically made for that.At the end of the day… NO SUNBURN no extra dark forearms and no messing with sticky sunscreen. They really do the trick. Keep you cool, protect your skin from the sun AND they are comfortable. What more can you ask for? They were a great price and I will be wearing them religiously to protect my skin out in the garden. Thank you to the people that think up these things!

Great sleeves for winter
They look pretty Nice and when you first touch it you can feel that it’s comfy. As I was wearing it my hands get warm pretty fast so it’s definitely a banger for winter. The fabric is a quality. The stitching is also something that needs to get complimented it’s really comfortab. In terms of effect on skin didn’t really get any rash or anything it keeps my hand warm. The thickness is perfect it’s not too thin or thick it’s perfect to make you feel warm in the winter from my experience

Sweet sleeves!
I’m 6 ft 6 and have long arms, these easily cover from the wrist to the top of the shoulder and do not sag. Sun protection is key and they work well for that. They look awesome AF, too!

Sustainable Alternative to Sunscreen
I bought these in early May, I typically keep these in my car and use them when I drive. I drive good 80 minutes everyday and they definitely help cut down on my sun exposure. Last summer I had a pretty strong “Farmers Tan” but this year there isn’t much difference!I’ve been using this same pair for about 3 months now, 5 – 6 days per week and so far they have held up great! No fraying, not even any discoloration which I’m a bit impressed with. I also occasionally use them while mowing the lawn so of course a bit of sweat gets on them from time to time, that said they have no odor whatsoever. The thumb hole is a little tight and that can cause some minor discomfort but not enough to stop me from using them as opposed to just wearing them at the wrist. Lastly my arms are thin to average, but the elastic is tight enough to keep them tucked above my sleeves for the entire drive or the hour or so it takes to cut the grass.Pretty inexpensive and sustainable alternative to wearing sunscreen everyday, or compared to treating skin cancer! Overall, pretty pleased with how well they work, will probably get another pair or two to keep in another vehicle or yard work.

Good product, poor support
I bought of these. They are heavy duty, but stay cool. So they worked well. My issue is that 1 of 3 started to fray due to poor stitching. I search online and was not able to contact the seller for a replacement. Hence, I gave it 3 stars.
