Great pillow, offers good support
Love this pillow. I’ve used one about 10 years now and I think tim on my 4th one. They hold up good and the case is easily removable for cleaning.Using another case does take away from the cooling feeling a bit but it’s still noticeably colder.

For a while Iâve been looking for a new pillow that was cooling. I am glad to have found this one. Great price for a good quality product. It is an awkward size though so I use a queen size pillow case which tends to come off at night. It does provide the support I need.

I have bought other products that are similar but this pillow is by the best. It is soft and firm as well. Probably will buy another. Had the best nights sleep in a long time. Would highly recommend for all sleepers.

Stinky and not Cooling
Good support overall, but had a terrible chemical smell for weeeeeks after opening it and airing it out and the “cooling” side is a joke. Does not cool at all.

The heaviest pillow in the world
This pillow weighed in at 4 pounds on my scale!!Most pillows weighed a pound or two.It’s not as soft or forgiving as a pillow should be.I use it behind my back now (as a side sleeper), but moving it in the middle of the night is a workout.I’ve never disliked a pillow so much to take time out of my day to badmouth it.

With all the glowing reviews I figured this must be the one! Well after just one week. Itâs on its way back! 3 marble like bumps appeared in the pillow , hard and horrible to sleep on!! This must be a GEL problem with this design. Otherwise a defective one that i was so lucky to get!For the price and to have this problem so quickly, i am not taking a chance and will find another. No more memory foam gel types! Customer service was excellent â¦.return so easy!

It was good to use the first few weeks and then it slowly got worse from there. I honestly wish I could return this pillow. I switched to a new pillow and my neck seems to be better, partner had the same issue with this pillow too
