Bought this for sauce Making in a commercial setting. It works great and so far no complaints. I did purchase the extended warranty so at least we r covered for 3 years.

this machine was a great deal and does the job, but if we do anything for too long the motor stars to smell and shuts down. probably good it does so it can cool off and still works, but kind of annoying. I’ve blended lots of sauces and soups with this, but if your product is too viscus, like hummus, it might not be the best guy for the job.
