How Did We Get Our Start?
Back in the mid-1990s, our founder Bill Whyte worked as a carpenter. He worked hard, and so did his hands. They would often split and crack in the frigid New England winters. One night, seeking a soothing solution, he mixed up some beeswax and olive oil to create a simple herbal balm. It helped his hands so much, he decided to share it with everyone he knew – and the rest, as they say, is Badger history.

No cracked lips!
I absolutely love this brand. The ingredients, the feel and how long the lip butter lasts. I have big lips that need to stay hydrated, otherwise they will crack & bleed. This is the only brand I use and havenât had any cracks in my lips for 3 years now. Itâs definitely a good value for the money for what it provides. And the sticks last awhile.

I use Badger lip balm for years. I love how natural it feels. After trying so many highly advertised lip balm brands, I always return to this one.

Great, but a little firm
These lip balms are great. They smell good, are made from clean ingredients, and seal moisture in. I like the bigger surface area. They lost one star for being hard to apply. I have to hold them surface against my lips for several seconds to warm it up and then the product glides a little better, but itâs still firm and grainy. The formula could use to be a little smoother. Itâs not a dealbreaker for me though.
