Helped me out with regular use
My large toe on my left foot and both sides of that foot were in pain when I walked on it at work. Using these tools in conjunction with wider shoes and some specific stretches performed on a daily basis have helped immensely. The pain has for the most part is gone, and then I forget to do the soft tissue work for a few days and my big toe becomes stiff and uncomfortable. I then start up again and it helps me significantly, I keep these on the floor under my desk in my office and use these on my left foot atleast once to twice a day.

About 6 months ago I wanted to get back into shape, so I started going to the gym a lot. I was running, jogging, lifting weights, etc., and I started to have bad foot pain. I wanted something that would help my feet and I looked at many different ones on Amazon eventually coming across this one. I only use the spiky balls and not the roller with the rollerblade style wheels, but it was worth it for the pain relief to get me back into the gym each day.My girlfriend is a huge runner. She recently ran a half marathon and loved to run 3x a week to stay in shape. She was unfortunately diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and had to lay off a bit and only go to yoga and spin, to keep less pressure and weight off her feet. She then thought it would be a great idea to join a soccer league with coworkers and was terrified that she wouldn’t be able to participate because of the pain.Since it came with 2 of the spiky balls, I gave her one of the balls (yellow) and she has been using it daily. She now has minimal pain in her foot getting better every day and is running like she was before the pain came.Personally, if I could do it over, I would buy the spiky balls separately, but the roller may be something you’re looking for. I just don’t have much input on that.

Almost foot “pain free” in 3 days
Over the past few months, I developed planters in my right rear foot and heal.I do a lot on my feet therefore the pain was excruciating. So I bought the massage roller set. To be honest with you the roller is so, so but the two spiked balls rolling on the back of my foot for 5 minutes twice a day and my heal, it reduced 3 months of foot pain over 70% in just 3 days.
