This was NOT a primer. This acted more of a chapstick. Something that maybe a child could wear for dry lips. This is not a primer to wear a nice lip all day. It was not thick enough to hold or even feel like it did anything.

I didnt realize that this is Creme formula, its too creamy for me that I can’t make it stay within the area of my lips. It gets everywhere but the shade is great. I enjoy their lippie stix in matte formula very much and that’s what I thought I was getting
