Bleed through quite a lot.
UPDATE: Seller has reached out to offer a full refund and let me keep the highlighters. Adjusted the stars to 5 stars for the great customer service. I’ll definitely keep these for use on regular paper even though they bleed through in my Bible.My Bible is a study Bible with thicker pages than most editions, yet these bled through quite a lot.I’ve swatched them on one of the lined pages- the top row is competitor Mr Pen’s Bible highlighters, with these on the bottom.The Mr Pen highlighters came with quite a few dried out, and the rest were dry within 2 months of light use.These ones were all nice and fresh when they were delivered, and more vibrant, but as you can see, the Mr Pen do not bleed, while these do quite a lot. If these were just being sold as regular highlighters, they’d be great! But they do NOT work as Bible highlighters :(Quite disappointing as they’re cute and the colors are nicebut ALL the colors bleed through, even though my Bible’s pages aren’t very thin. If your Bible has pages as thin as most Bibles, these would soak onto the next page.

Bought these because reviews said they didn’t bleed thru the Bible pages but they do. These can NOT be used in your Bible unless you want to ruin the pages. Very disappointed. I have no other use for them. So it was wasted money.

The ink flows well with a pleasant scratching noise. I didn’t know this was specifically for bibles when purchasing; I thought they just looked unique and weren’t blinding, loud colors. The square edges guarantee they will not roll of the table at your next, thrilling bible drill. The ink does dry quickly and barely bleeds through onion paper (idk if that’s what they’re actually made of). Funny enough, they bleed more through regular notebook paper.This is a very good sub-$10 set of highlighters. I don’t know quite how long they’ll last, but I think the type of person who gets these either loses them or replaces them before the ink runs dry. The only issue I have is the caps don’t mate with the ends. They fit, but will not stay there through the slightest bit of turbulence, like a relationship that started at a bible study but ends when the guy says, “God told me we shouldn’t be dating; I should be pursuing Him in my life right now.” …or something like that. Not that I’m bitter. [insert name-drop of bitterness here].I used a Sharpie S-Gel 0.7mm pen for the notebook photos. The company didn’t name the colors so I made up my own. They’re in the order as seen on the seller photo.
