This product is amazing. Iâm a 59 year old construction worker and have neck pain and back pain. This product had good reviews so I tried it but was skeptical because it was relatively inexpensive. But wow!!! I cannot believe how good it works and sturdy and good quality. Iâm amazed! And I donât say that often. You will be happy with this purchase!!!!!

Best thing I bought ever
I. love. this massager. It directly massages my muscle knots (No more rolling myself in the wall with tennis ball!). You can adjust it by simply repositioning the massager to also do your upper neck and lower back (and even the head). I love the range of its motion and the options to reverse the direction. The second one definitely hits my muscle knots more. The heat is also good but Iâm pretty fine without it. After some time (maybe 30 mins) it turns off but as far as it goes the intensity is still there when I used it again. I ordered it yesterday and got it this early morning; bought one for myself and two more as christmas gifts for my uncle and aunt. I would say this is the best christmas gift for adults. And since it is portable Iâd bring this in my travels. I still have to test how long it will last, but still 10/10 would recommend!

Only an ok product
I ordered this to replace my prev homemedic massager I used daily. This one is very cumbersome. Not heavy really just alot of stuff to situate on yourself. It has heat but you donât feel it at all Iâm always checking to see if it is on. I like heat. The massage part is nice for back and shoulders has four balls each side. but I need mostly for my neck and the balls are too far apart and donât touch the pained area. It only stays on 15min then shuts off. Tried 3 times to set up warranty account couldnât do it. Kept having to leave the site to get needed info and never could return to the same site had to keep starting over. I donât have that kind of time. So itâs just ok. Does not really serve my needs of a painful neck either. Was going to keep but trying the warranty multiple times was so frustrating Iâm returning.
