I highly recommend this massage machine. I bought one for me and two more for my children. It is effortless to use. I spend hours in front of the computer so this machine helps my foot circulation. Same for my son and my grandson. It is lovely to come home from a long day at school or work and get a 5-minute massage in the comfort of your home. Relaxing. I highly recommend it as a holiday gift. I spend money on something that I don’t regret. It has excellent value, it’s easy to use and lasts forever if you treat it with care. You can use it for your feet and your hands also. Feet feeling better already!
Works great, pretty intense vibration, and I mean INTENSE. I pretty much keep it on low vibration. It feels pretty good. Cracked my heel which has now healed up but foot still gets very sore after walking around, so this is just what I was looking for. Manual says set it on floor of course which works great, but I have actually used it standing upright at the end of the couch against the armrest. I can lay and put my feet against it. I do have to kinda move my feet around to get comfortable and let the infrared get all areas. May be designed for a smaller foot. I’m a 10, men’s size. There is also a couple of bumps that supposed to be on each side of foot, I think, that to me would be more comfortable if they weren’t there. The remote is nice except that you can’t change timing. You can start it up with remote and change settings but if you want to use it longer than 5 minutes you have to change that on the unit itself. It defaults to 5 minutes. Display while running has numbers rapidly counting up. Gets faster the higher vibration you have unit set at. Didn’t make much sense to me. I contacted company that sells this and they said don’t pay any attention to it. They apologized for the confusion since there is no explanation for it in the manual. They said that it is a count of revolutions of the motor and that the manufacturer is going to do away with it. I can deal with it, no big deal. It does have things I’m not that crazy about but all in all not bad.

Firstly, the machine is GREAT! Honestly in just a month of using, I can already feel some of the neuropathy pain going away and feeling coming back, also has helped my husbands swelling in his lower extremities dissipate. BUT, others have already commented on that. The machine arrived perfect, but the remote was not functional. I called their customer care, number located easily on the back of the instruction manual (unlike Amazon’s SO HARD TO FIND), but I digress, not only was I greeted with a smile but a new remote was sent and I had it the following day in the mail. WOW! Now that’s GREAT customer service, THANK YOU!

Excited and hopeful…
I really wanted to like this and for the first week I did. It was a little loud but nothing to bad. Manageable noise but I readjusted the mat and location when I moved my desk. Then the noise started to have a little squeak every few seconds. Other than that I think the product was great for a massager. Easy to port around to another room. Very light and easy AND it fit great under my desk. With the angle of the massager I could sit comfortably in my drafters chair. The red light was nice. Really wanted it to work. But for the price not willing to go buy WD40. Fix the squealing and I may reconsider purchasing again.

I waited to do a review of this after I had used it over a few weeks. I try to use this a few times of week to keep my feet and calves relaxed and in shape. After a long day of walking for work I have enjoyed coming home to this massager and relaxing for 15 minutes. The massage is rigorous, and the different setting are greatly appreciated. I think I enjoy the warmth from the infrared the most. This unit is very sturdy and seems like it will hold up over time. The foot spots are huge for my feet, so I have a hard time figuring out where to put my feet, but I have adjusted by moving them around and massaging different parts of my foot.

Worked for 3 days and broke
The device was alright…for the 3 days it worked. After just 3 days of use the device began smoking significantly when I was using it on heat mode. This is a danger to users and I urge the company to check their products before something worse happens. Quite disappointed as it could have been dangerous.
