Tastes good and good price
I have been taking greens since 2012 as part of my nutrition regimen. I live in a rural area where itâs sometimes hard to get fruits and veggies and I feel like this helps. I donât have any solid evidence that itâs been working but hereâs what I know, I have more energy than most people my age, I am always told I look younger than I am and I look healthy and strong. I take my greens with a mixture of other supplement powders like magnesium, fiber, and collagen and I usually take it an hour or so before bedtime, I call the mixture my âgood night juiceâ. I like this particular one cause it tastes less bitter than other greens and smells sweeter, just my preference.

Great greens powder
Iâve been taking this greens plus powder off and on for over 25 years and I definitely feel better when I do take it. I mix it in a shaker bottle with ice, water, and a heaping tablespoon of lemonade powder – I love the taste. Iâve also mixed it with almond milk (also with ice in a shaker bottle) and that is fine. It works great added to smoothies.

I got this stuff because it actually noted amounts of ingredients within, something which many other green powders don’t do. Because of that, I was able to see that this contained more spirulina and chlorella than I typically note in other green powders, assuming ingredients are listed in order of volume. In addition to that, I believe this one also had some other sea vegetables in it that are less commonly encountered too.All in all, it was a good product. The taste and smell were a bit better than some other green powders I have tried, perhaps because this was a berry blend. The only thing it seems to be lacking is digestive enzymes, which may not be entirely necessary, but the more I look into health the more I see that something like that can benefit at least some people due to absorption issues and the like. I am not sure if I am in that camp, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind.

When I am in a rush, I use these greens as part of my post workout shake.Although using fresh greens and a blender is my go-to, that is not always possible.When in a rush, these greens are high quality and I enjoy their chocolate taste.My gut is sensitive and this product settles well with me and energizes me.I highly recommend this as a health coach.

Disgusting taste
Was not impressed by the flavor of this mix compared to AG1 and Huel. When mixed with required amount of water, the mix was extremely grainy and smelled very bad. Do not recommend.

Even after mixing it’s a little granular. I think that’s how most of these are. Taste a little bit like green tea. Overall I would say it’s a pretty good product. I definitely feel like it’s made a difference

I have a pretty healthy all-rounded diet but because I fast for 18-20h per day I was worried I wasn’t getting enough vitamins. I’m not a big pill popper so I opted for a powder. After some research I settled on Greens+. I’m on my 3rd jar now. The flavour is not the best but I mix it with a passionfruit pre workout powder and this works just fine to mask the flavour. I also love that the Greens+ is an organic, family owned business. Highly recommended.
