I have been taking these almost everyday for some weeks now. Since it’s been the holidays I have definitely overindulged on the sweets. I have been scared to get on the scale because I was certain I gained a lot of weight over the holidays. I just got brave and weighed myself this morning. THEY WORK! PERFECT Blood Sugar; Lost 120 lbs; Best Deal on Amazon!
This stuff is pure magic! I was sceptical at first, but now I religiously take between 2-6 pills/day (2 pills 20-30 min before meals, especially meals higher in carbs; also, I take these at the same time as Sports Research Turmeric Curcumin pills [also awesome!] which contain organic coconut oil, as some type of fat or oil makes cinnamon more bioavailable!). My blood sugar levels are now PERFECT. I also use these for weight lossâin Aug of 2016, I weighed 265 lbs at 5’5″ and I now have LOST 120 lbs: I’m down to 145 lbs eight months later (I’m a 34-year-old female with PCOS, an endocrine disease that predisposes you to obesity, glucose and blood sugar issues, plus a higher risk of diabetes). I’m not saying JUST the cinnamon did it: I worked my tail off with healthy eating habits, regular HIIT cardio, running and strength trainingâbut I truly believe this Ceylon Cinnamon did IN PART contribute to my success. And if it’s just “belief,” that’s fine with me, too! Lol. Whatever works, but this stuff does have science to back its claims, and it’s used in many other cultures whose people have WAY lower rates of diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, obesity, etc.I’ve tried other brands but keep coming back to NutriFlair because comparatively speaking, for the quantity of cinnamon per pill and the amount of pills you receive, plus their high quality (they even taste yummy if you open and sprinkle the capsules on food or in drinksâa lighter, more subtle Cinnamon flavor) these are a much better deal than most Ceylon companies offer, on Amazon or elsewhere. I’m talking about *Ceylon Cinnamon from Sri Lanka ONLY*â”regular” Cinnamon (Cinnamon cassia) will NOT provide the same benefits and in fact can be hazardous taken in large quantities. So don’t try to cheap out and use grocery store spice rack cinnamon. You won’t be getting enough, A), and B), it won’t work and could even harm you. Rapid results for me
My blood sugar A1c readings were slowly creeping up (most recent being 7.2) and my doctor was starting to talk about taking metformin. But my diabetic specialist had just given me a continuous glucose monitor, and I could see that most of my other anti-sugar herbals weren’t working for me very well. So I began searching and found that this Ceylon Cinnamon had great reviews. I already had some low-dose cassia cinnamon and had noticed it was one of the things that actually did seem to help, so I thought I’d give this one a try. I also combined it with another supplement that is a formula containing several different herbals in one. As per instructions, I am only taking two a day (one in the morning or afternoon and the other at night with dinner).I was absolutely shocked. My blood sugar immediately began dropping – a noticeable difference even on the very first day I tried the Ceylon cinnamon. From an average fasting level of 145, with a rare dip down to 125 or so, it went down to 108-125 average fasting level, to a nightly dip below 100. Almost every day it’s a little bit lower on average than the day before. And this is just within TWO WEEKS! I have had no sugar spikes above 185, also, and I used to get spikes as high as 255. But now my average spike was usually about 140-160.I was even able to eat a very small dish of ice cream, together with this cinnamon, with NO noticeable sugar spike at all, maybe five points or less! I did this three times to see if the first time had been a fluke. It was the same each time.I don’t know how much of this is due to the Ceylon cinnamon and how much is due to the other formula, but so far, taken together they’re giving me the results I needed. My diabetic specialist was astonished. My CGM has expired by now, but I get another continuous glucose monitor in another ten days and am really hoping that my numbers will be even better. I can’t wait for the next Ac1 test; if this trend continues I think it will definitely be lower than 7.1.

Typical I guess. I purchased this product a few years back, didn’t use it for awhile and when I opened it up later the intesne wonderful aromatic scent of cinnamon burst out of the bottel!!!I was low so I reordered and this new bottel is LACKING in aroma and flavor and even I think might be a different kind of cinnamon. There is a terrible form of cinnamon from Vietnam I think. It’s what they sell in grocery stroes now. Horrid stuff. I can’t say this might be it, but the stark difference in strength, and fragance and taste is very noticeable. Now have to go hunting for a better product…oy.
