This lipstick is a true orange
I am really enjoying this very orange on me a fair complected senior. It does last a long time though at least one meal. I was a natural redhead in my youth so my complexion lends towards warm or gold more than rosy. A trick I have when a lipstick is too bright or loud is use a Nude shade over it to mute it a bit and add gloss. Sallyâs beauty shop store has a perfect one. Yes it dries quickly, stays on and does not smudge.

A long lasting lip color
I followed the suggestion on the package and applied a lip balm (I actually used a lip primer first. This allowed me to better control the amount of lip color applied. I let the color set on my lips and followed up with a lip balm.The benefits I noticed were that the color stayed and did not dry out my lips.One note on color is that like others who ordered the Cinnamon shade I did not receive the Cinnamon. The color received was âRose Pinkâ. I would describe this color as a fairly bright peach shade. At least that how it reacted on me. This was fine because I have warm skin tones and shades of peach are my go to color.

Caramel is a dupe for maybelline superstay matte ink lipstick in the color mediator however it costs a little more and is an inferior product. Sorry. I was hoping it was a color match for what is advertised- unfortunately it is not

I donât know if itâs just my lips, but this is supposed to be color stay lipstick and it does not last and it makes my lips dry and chalky after a while.
