Pricey, but works well (even amid an eczema flareup).
I am in the middle of a nasty flareup around my nose and mouth. Usually, I try to add some of the occlusives that I use on my flares on my lips, but noticed that did not help my chapping. I tried Aquaphor’s lip balm and several others to no avail. This is the only product that so far has stopped my chapping even without wearing it everyday. Love the applicator, the subtle minty smell and sensation, and beautiful packaging. Also seeing that it is accepted by the National Eczema Association was pretty sweet – can confirm it has not caused any issues with my flareup. Will purchase again despite the higher price point!

My last favorite
Only used it for one day so far but seems to be one of the best Iâve tried. I have severe peeling lips, I am constantly pulling big pieces of skin off so disgusting. I had to write about this as itâs only been one day the difference is huge. Itâs expensive but I am getting more for my car, my purse and my house I really donât want to be without. Not to thick, not to heavy or greasy. Unless they come out with something better I really think this is the best.

Was so excited to try this and then seen they added it to Amazon. Was able to save 10% which isnât much but also free shipping, so instead of it being about $32 (shipping and normal fees) it ended up being under $25, ordered Friday and came Sunday.Iâm a huge lip product person, as I struggle with eczema around my lips occasionally but itâs not severe itâs just dry and itchy. I work in a med spa, so I enjoy products with decent ingredients. I also have lip filler, and enjoy a product that really boosts and enhances the appearance of my lips.Immediately applied it and firstly loveeee this type of applicator, feel like every lip product needs this applicator. Goes on smooth, thin enough to wear 24/7 but feels hydrating. Isnât super sticky. Will continue purchasing!

Perfectly hydrating. Love the metal applicator. Itâs a little minty, but itâs perfect. Like I was so nervous it would burn or feel like I just put toothpaste on, nope light and refreshing. A permanent in my purse

Good but Not The Best
I’m on accutane, a pill that dries out your skin, so I’ve tried several lip balms.Necessaire’s has a nice metal tip applicator and hint of mint for the product but it’s not the most hydrating and a little sticky. You need to reapply every so often. This falls behind LanoLips and DrunkElephant’s in term of product effectiveness.

Exactly what I was looking for
I tried a ton of lip balms trying to find something that met the following criteria – silicone free, not made in China, vegan and mint flavored. I would actually say that the mint flavor was the hardest criteria to meet. Anyway, this one is perfect and it gives just a little bit of glossiness. Highly recommend!
