Helpful and Feels Good
This product helps reduce my pain from foot and lower leg neuropathy. There are 25 treatments to select from, but if you do not select one, the device will move from one to another, going through all 25. This is very effective. As my vision is poor, not selecting a treatment means I only have to adjust the treatment level. I can point the remote at the device and click on one button repeatedly to increase the intensity for both feet. I count the sounds the device makes with each successful click to set the device without being able to see it. (If the remote is not pointed directly at the device, there is no clicking sound.) I have not used the stick-on pads. It is very nice to be able to use this effective device without help from another person!

ONE HUGE PROBLEM THAT HAS BEEN SOLVED
This review is incomplete as I’ve contacted the company that produced the device. I will update my comments and rating depending on the response they provide. The machine is exactly what I need as I have peripheral neuropathy in both legs and feet. I have used red light therapy for 2 years and it has helped, but the disease has progressed and it’s less effective. This device should be exactly what I need because it has EMS&TENS. The problem is that those technologies are useless if you don’t know how to use them. This machine has 25 different MODES. It is a great marketing tool but without knowing what each MODE actually does and what specific medical issue is appropriate for your problem, it’s like having a sports car and using cheap gasoline. Listen to these MODES and tell me what medical problem (like mine) would be the correct MODE. GUA SHA, TUI NA MASSAGE, GUA SHA PRESSING, TAPPING, STROKING, CUPPING, PUSHING, ROLLING PERCUSSION, KNEADING…How would an average person know what MODE to use for their problem. I actually took the manual with me to my doctor and showed him the various named MODES and he had no idea which one’s would be appropriate for my medical issue. The danger is that this device isn’t a TOY, the misuse of this machine could result in damage to your legs or feet or other body parts. I’m hoping that I can get some help. Anybody that has had success with this device please contact me or post it on Amazon. I really do want this to work.UPDATE-I HAVE HEARD FROM THE COMPANY AND VERY USEFUL INFORMATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED. THE PROCESS WAS EXPLAINED TO ME AND NOW I CAN PROCEED. IT’S A LONG TERM PROCESS AND NOW I CAN PROCEED AND SEE IF IT IS EFFECTIVE FOR MY NEUROPATHY. Good product if you have feet pain!
This is a fantastic product if you have issues with your feet/legs. There are 25 modes, with the first 8 or 9 for muscle recovery and the remaining modes for pain. It takes a little bit of getting used to since the sensation is not what I expected (which is a good thing!). My girls like it too but they are young so even at level 1, they feel it. It takes me till level 5 and depending on mode I can get to around 23. It goes up to level 99! Initially, one negative was that it is set at 25 minutes but have realized that is more than enough (you can stop at anytime before the 25 minutes). Overall, my feet have felt somewhat better but going to give it a couple of months to see it’s true effect. It’s somewhat expensive but you get both the feet stim and a body stim (Amazon also has a $40 coupon to help with the price). I haven’t used the body one yet as I have a separate TENS unit for that but plan on trying it soon.
