It comes with a remote control which allows you to turn it on/off & adjust your setting The exercise bands that come along with it are a nice plus for arm workouts. There are so many settings on the vibration plate which let you control the workout you are looking for. I like that it only takes 15-30 minutes a day to get a complete workout without all the big, bulky exercise machines. Versatile vibration plate
It’s small but adequate. It has enough settings to get what you want out of this product. We can travel with this. It’s small enough and not heavy, so we can bring it on road trips. I don’t like the resistance bands that it comes with but you can change them out to better ones. I’m using it 5-7 times a week. I’ve found videos on line and they are helpful to get different workouts. I feel stronger and more toned. Great for balance.

I love this vibrating plate, exercise machine. I have a bad ankle and very tight muscles in my calf that make it hard to exercise and walk. I started using this every day. the pain in my calf was gone after the second use. My ankle feels so much better. Iâm sleeping better. I can tell a huge difference in my legs. I have had this machine for two months now, and I started out just sitting and now Iâm moving onto standing and squatting on it. I highly recommend this product if you have joint pain circulation issues. Iâm excited to see what else this can do and help me with. Itâs very quiet. Itâs lightweight. The remote works great. The features on it are great. This is one of my favorite purchases ever.

Works great, love the adjustable levels and preprogrammed settings. The length of the plate is great to switch between the level of workout by just switching the stance you have. You can feel a difference in the circulation and has been a fantastic addition to my workouts! The design is great and the ability to move it from different rooms with ease has been a bonus.
