I like that this version of a cleanse is both gentle and effective. I will note that I took the capsules for three days. If you read the instruction label it states for occasional use not to take more than 7 days continuously. There are also instructions for short term use that would use the entirety of contents in the bottle. I like that this product offers different methods depending on individual needs. I found the gelatin coated capsules easy to swallow, free of much aroma and did not repeat after taking. I found trips to the bathroom to be easier than usual which was a welcome effect, and felt less bloated than usual as well. I feel like I have a bit more energy than usual. As far as side effects, I cannot say that I had any noticeable negative reactions and so will definitely keep this in my medicine cabinet for additional short term use.
