Used product passed off as new
This product was used, not new like it claimed to be. The curling iron was not wrapped, the cord was shoved in the box, and it had a long dark hair on the barrel. There was a glove shoved in the box which belongs with a clipless curling wand, not a curling iron. I would return this but we’re on vacation and I can’t it returned on time.

Fast shipping. It gets hot really fast. I wouldnât say itâs easy to use because Iâm new to hair curler, however I got a perfect beach waves hairstyle after the 2nd time using this hair curling. Also, It didnât burn my hair which was good, but I still recommend to use the heat protectant spray before curling to protect your hair afterwards.Tip: I have long hair and I bought 1 1/4 inch – it gives me a perfect beach waves hairstyle. But if you have shoulder-length hair, I would recommend the 1 inch one.

Overall, I really like this curling iron. It is comfortable in my elderly hand.The on/off and temperature control are easy to use.It is a little hard to get a grab on my hair. It slides out easily. But I am learning to work with that.It has emergency power off and the cord is very long, if you need extra length.

Worked well, loved the curls but after aprox. 14 uses it broke. The spring fell out that hold it tight to your hair. I put it back in but it didn’t work.
