Tight fit.
I wear 12-13 size shoes normally, my feet aren’t actually that long maybe about a size 10 but when this compresses it gets pretty tight almost uncomfortably. The movement and heat are nice, the heat gets a little to warm at times too. Overall it was decent and my feet felt good afterwards. Probably better for smaller feet.
