I bought this for my Mom for Christmas. My mother has been experiencing carpal tunnel and her whole hand will go numb. I searched and searched for the perfect hand massager and finally I found this! I tested it out a few times personally and it is perfect. I really like that it is very light and portable. Other ones I looked at were extremely bulky and had a hard plastic shell. This is different from all the others I had seen. It is still durable but soft and fits like an oven mitt. It can be used for both hands not just one. It has individual finger grooves and massages fingers and the wrist as well. It is rechargeable and easy to use. It has wonderful pressure but not to the point of hurting. The heat is a great feature and is effective. The price compared to others was actually less expensive and I feel you get a better quality product.

Amazing gadget!
When I get migraines my husband used to massage my hands and it lessened the pain. He passed away a few years ago and those hand massages are among so many other things I miss.I happened to see an ad for something like this and so began researching different options and I’m so glad this is the model I chose.The action is soothing and gives me some relief from my headaches, although nothing can exactly copy human touch, this is a worthy stand-in.I use it nearly every day and it works flawlessly every time.

Bought this for my elderly mother with neuropathy in her hands. Tried it myself, and I can definitely say that it is a very pleasant experience. The pressure and heat were controllable at the push of a button, and it wasn’t too difficult for my mother to learn to work the controls. She says it helps with her neuropathy and arthritis, but honestly, at the very least, it is a very nice hand massage for anyone, whether they have problems or not. I love that it does not require batteries, but is rechargeable, and it doesn’t take long. It is a bit bulky, but not uncomfortably so, and it is built solidly without being too heavy.

Not really a massage and the heat isnât very warm . The massage is very similar to my husbands blood pressure cuff with chambers inflating and deflating. I wouldnât call it a massage instead more of a pressurized squeeze.

Mitt might be okay, but the charging cord doesn’t fit and the customer service has been terrible.
I’m going to start with the mitt because that is what most customers are concerned with.It doesn’t have rollers as most massagers, but instead works on compression. I’m not able to give a full review because I only got 4 massages out of it before needing a charge. More on that later.I chose this one because I specifically wanted my thumbs to be worked. Many models show the thumb sticking out. Even with fairly large hands, my thumb didn’t fit up in the mitt well enough to get much effect. A man sized hand, might, but then the fingers might be too short. It did fit over my wrist, but I’m not sure a man’s hand would get any benefit as the wrist would likely stick out of the mitt.I wasn’t able to use the deepest compression on one hand as I have a large vein on the back. I had to use lighter compression on that hand. The area it compresses vary allowing the blood flow to return after being compressed (3 variations) The wrist compression was a bit uncomfortable, but I was on the full compression (3 levels of strength). The sessions last about 15 minutes. With only 4 sessions before needing a charge, I can’t address how well it works on my hands, long term.It might be an okay product, but now to the customer service. The charging cord on my mitt does not fit. I let the seller know. I was sent instructions on how to turn it on. I replied they were not addressing the issue of a bad charging cord. I then got a message asking me if it was the socket on the cord or the mitt. I replied it really didn’t matter, the cord does not fit and it was impossible to charge. I then received a message that the company had decided to refund me $10 (I haven’t seen it yet) and I could go out and find myself a new cord. Seriously??? I should take the mitt from store to store, asking to cut open packages until I find a cord that fits and for $10? There was no offer for me to return it for a refund; no we will send you a new one, or even another cord. I told them I was NOT a satisfied customer. The next response was a message asking me to leave a favorable review. In good conscious, I cannot do that. Other portential customers should know just how unresponsive their customer service has been and that you, too, might be left with an unusuable massager.
