I have a rock climbing friend who had one of these and after a recent trip where it was hot and sunny and almost no humidity, i was wanting something like it. It is light weight, long sleeve, has a hood and loose to fit and I am big ~250lbs. I recently used these at a soccer game where I used the hood to keep the sun off my ears and head. I didn’t burn at all which is fantastic and I was comfortable all day. I looked for others elsewhere, and they are many times the price of this and I don’t know if you can say they provide a lot of benefit at least not that deserves the price. I bought 2 of these for less than the cheapest alternative I could find. If you burn easily and need something to wear when its hot, this is a great shirt.

Ever since I got this, the sun hoodie has instantly become my go-to for anything in the sun or where I might sweat. I have retired all of my button-up hiking shirts, which are much less comfortable, have less sun coverage, and are covered in unnecessary bits and pieces like breast pockets, collars, pleats, and buttons. The sun hoodie does everything better. The great thing about the hood is not just the coverage for your neck and ears, but the fact that it’s thin enough to go under a hat to hold it in place.The Willit is quite a nice product for the price. The fabric is lightweight but still feels substantial, durable, and stretchy. It is very comfortable and has held up well through numerous adventures. I went ahead and picked the lightest possible color to reflect the sun: white. I really like the way it looks, and I went into it expecting it to get stains. Sure enough, it has picked up a few, but that doesn’t bother me because it’s a rough-and-tumble activity shirt and it gives it some character. It fits well overall, although it does run a bit small. I would recommend going up one size, since you want it a little loose for airflow. My t-shirt size is usually L but I ordered an XL, and I’d say that the sleeves are just barely long enoughâusing the thumb holes feels like it pulls too much and isn’t comfortable. One feature I might wish for is a kangaroo pocket, but it’s not necessary if you have pants pockets.Highly recommended, get a sun hoodie

Order a size larger than you need
Shirt material, stitching, the hood shape/fit are all good. Material is breathable.Only negative is that itâs sized slightly smaller than advertised, not by a whole lot but enough that you should order a size bigger. I buy shirts of all brands and types size XXl and I just ordered another one of these size XXXL. Gave the first shirt to a buddy of mine.Still worth the money and still a good product.

Amazing Product
I didn’t know SPF shirts existed until a friend recommended one to me. The shirt feels high-quality, is well-designed, and is incredibly comfortable, even in hot weather. I wear it for fishing, hiking, and biking, and itâs a game-changerânot needing to apply sunblock is a huge plus. When biking, I used to have to apply sunblock on my neck and face because of my helmet, but with this SPF 50 shirt, I no longer need to.The shirt is also reasonably priced and comes in a variety of colors. I bought two so I always have one ready when the other is in the wash. My only concern is durability, as I bike 2-3 times a week. I’ll update my review if the product doesnât hold up over time.

Purchased for my young teenager whoâs a lifeguard and fair skinned. He wore this under his lifeguard shirt as it was the exact colour. He loved how it not only kept the sun off but also helped keep his skin cool. Will be purchasing more this summer.Good product, really liked the hood on it as well to provide extra protection
