Relaxing neck pillow
I was afraid at first to lay down because the spikes feel so sharp to the hand but once I tried it the even pressure was very manageable. This neck pillow has brought significant relief to tension headaches I would get in my neck and the back of my head. Itâs very relaxing but at the same time rejuvenating.

This pillow is a must have with the Bed Of Nails mat. It is the perfect set. So if you get this, you have to also get the mat that goes with it, and you wonât be sorry! I love this! It is so relaxing for my neck and head pain. I suffer from frequent headaches and head pain from brain surgery, and this is perfect for stimulating my head. I love it! If you lay on this along with the mat for at least 10 minutes a day, your body feels so much better and not to mention it is good for your mind as well. I couldnât be more pleased with both of my purchases. You wouldnât think that laying on something like this would feel good, but it is amazing!

After reading reviews, I was hopeful this product would work for relieving my chronic daily pain. It did not. Couldn’t use @ all. Don’t recommend if you suffer from fibromyalgia. Much too hard. Really painful. Had to return.
