Firm support
This bolster arrived in a compressed state but inflated to a very firm support. It provides a cushioned seat but keeps its shape and is a great asset for maintaining different poses.

This is shipped vacuum sealed, so it’s flat. I read that it puffs up in about 4 hours. It’s been a day and this still hasn’t puffed up. The inside feels like a thick piece of cardboard and I can’t make it expand manually, so I’m not sure how this was supposed to expand on its own. I don’t know how to return it, since it expanded a little and will no longer fit in the bag. Don’t waste your money.

These bolsters are great for the price! They also came with nice straps and a little book with poses. I bought ten for my practice and every one is in great condition.

Pretty good
The bolster is pretty good. It has a nice color, soft and good length. I like it for the price and the fact that you get the strap with it. However, I agree with a lot of people that the bolster is not as big and stays pretty flat. I think if you do yoga at studios, you expect the bolster to be big and bulky like the ones there, but this is not that.

Give it time!
I’m mostly writing this in the hopes of helping others who are here wondering if this thing is ever going to decompress to its full size. It will! Mine did, at least. The label said 1-2 days. The listing said to wait 2-3 days. Mine was still pretty smushed and underwhelming by day 4 after unboxing. But as I spent the next few days lamenting dealing with a product return, after 6-7 days it had actually expanded to its full size. I haven’t used a lot of other bolsters to compare, but this provides good support and I have no complaints.

Not a good option for a yoga bolster but..
My toddler loves using it! However I am too heavy at only 170lbs and flatten it when putting full weight on it, holding no support, which a true yoga bolster wouldnât. I tried to use it as a support pillow for my knees but it was too hard for that, go figure. It also took a REALLY long time to re-inflate from being vacuum packed for shipping. Iâm talking over a month I waited and it still wasnât 100%. I donât remember how long it took, but Iâve had it for over 2 years and it looks as advertised now. The strap is handy and strong, at least I can use that. Definitely would not recommend getting this if youâre using it for yoga or other similar activities. Itâs currently my foot rest while rocking in my glider and my toddler uses it sometimes when sitting on the floor. Otherwise itâs pretty useless. 3 stars because I love the color which is as pictured, the strap is handy, it came out of the package smelling clean, size is as described and itâs lightweight, and we found a use for it so itâs not a total loss. Also, itâs easy to remove and machine wash the cover.

Es muy delgado para los requerimientos reales del yoga, especialmente para un reataurativo. Lo encargué por el precio. No serÃa mi mejor opción ahora que llegó y lo vi.

El artÃculo llegó empacado en una casa minúscula. Resultó que la almohada estaba empacada al alto vacÃo.Las instrucciones dicen que en 48 horas deberÃa tomar su tamaño final, lo cual no ocurrió después de una semana. Solicité una devolución y ha pasado casi un mes sin tener mayores noticias. Buen producto, pero mucho tiempo perdido y riesgo de que no sirva al final.
