The ONLY thing that has helped me so far.
I cannot even put into words, the relief I have mentally and physically with this shampoo. I even saw my dermatologist. He said I have nothing wrong. It could just be dry scalp. The constant itching and irritation was driving me insane. After much research I found the shampoo I am a licensed aesthetician in California and I love the ingredients had everything I could ever want all in one. It is natural. There is no synthetic ingredients are fillers. It is basically salicylic, tea, tree, and lactic acid. I like to put it on the scalp directly and part my hair to get a Headstart. (Pun intended). Then I massage it in and let it sit while I shower for about 2-3 min. did not have to High Hopes because of all the disappointing experiences with all the other products cleaning to help as Iâve been doing for two years of trial and error. I have no words for what does shampoo has done for my life. I no longer have and itchy scalp. I am also trying their oil etc⦠I am this companyâs biggest fan.

Calms the itch
I have sensitive skin (including my scalp) and I seem to itch at the slightest provocation. This shampoo seems to help calm my scalp and ease the itching. The scent of the shampoo isn’tterribly strong, but am still getting used to it. My hair is very straight, very fine, and thinning with age more than I would like. This shampoo doesn’t seem to leave anything weighing down my hair.

I got this hoping that it would help with seborrheic dermatitis but unfortunately it didnât do much and I am sticking with Nizoral.Itâs a good shampoo otherwise. It cleans well and doesnât dry the hair much. However, it has a strong herbal scent so best to avoid if you are sensitive to scents.

Great for Seborrheic Dermatitis
Just about finished with my first bottle. Got it in August, so I’d say it lasted quite a while for such a small bottle. I absolutely love it, and it is the only shampoo that has consistently kept away my dandruff. Other dandruff shampoos like Head and Shoulders or even Nizoral have not kept the flakes away for this long. Usually they work for a few weeks and then just stop working. I also have seborrheic dermatitis on my face and use this to occasionally wash my face. It works really well. The only downside is that it’s a tad drying for my hair, but I use a leave in conditioner on the ends and it fixes it. I’ve also switched to using it once a week for maintenance, and the rest of the week I use a gentle, SD safe shampoo. This will help with the cost of my second bottle, which I cannot wait to buy. So glad I finally found something that works!

Beware hair loss/thinning
I bought this because Yuka suggested this as a “better” alternative to Head & Shoulders for men, and after a few months of usage, I have seen hair loss/thinning. At first, it didn’t help. I started using it every day for a few weeks, then once every other day, and finally 3x a week, followed by the Head & Shoulders. Not only did it not help with the dandruff, but the hair loss/thinning started to be more noticeable. After more than seven years of using Head & Shoulders, I never saw any adverse effects from it. Would highly discourage usage.

Great product
I was dealing with really bad dandruff since July of last year and was trying to take care of it myself without seeing a dermatologist. It is a bit more expensive, but I use this brand with other type of products and works great! Would buy again if needed to.
