Great for Under the Desk
My home office gets a bit chilly this time of year, which I’ve usually resolved by using a space heater. I’ve found that keeping my feet warm in this massager has reduced my need for that supplemental heat, plus I enjoy the bliss of the massage. I like having the remote control because I don’t have to fiddle around under the desk trying to find the right button for what I want to happen; that’s a BIG help. I’m disappointed that I can’t separate the compression from the shiatsu balls since there are times when I want only one of those functions without the other. It would also be helpful if the machine were easier to slip into (from behind rather than having to “step” into from above) like some of its competitors, but that’s not a deal breaker for me. When I ordered this, it was selling for ~$99, which was quite the bargain compared to its competition. If you can get it around that price, it has my recommendation.

Exceptional massaging and accupressure capabilities
I recently tried a less expensive foot massager and regretted every minute — it was a poorly designed bone-crusher. This one — the KingPavonini is a much better design. Indeed, it is a wonderful machine — not just for those who enjoy foot massage but also accupressure. First, the remote is an added bonus — something my other massager didn’t not have. This machine is simple to use and the instructions are well-written. You can operate the machine with or without the remote. You can set the machine to run for 15 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes. The vibration of this machine is extremely good. One thing I noticed immediately is that it vibrates across the sole of the foot but doesn’t shake my entire leg — which is what a cheaper model did. I could not use my laptop using the cheaper model because the vibrator literally knocked my legs around. On this machine, the massager itself really works the arch of the foot — something that was lacking in the cheaper model. That model had rolling balls but they came no where near the arch. Instead, they crushed the balls of the feet. Too many times, I had to shut the machine off because it was just too painful. Not this machine — it’s been running for 45 minutes now and I could easily fall asleep — it’s that soothing and effective. The vibration is fierce but quiet. The rolling mechanism begins by gently massaging the metatarsal pad and works its way under the toe pad and under the arch. The rollers appear to be different sizes (smaller in the front of the foot and a little large under the arch) and this provides a more balanced massage across the entire sole of the foot. The rolling action literally radiates across the foot. With the vibrator set to high and the massage mode set to high, this is an extremely soothing mechanism. The accupressure completes the process and does an excellent job in applying pressure throughout the entire foot. The heater works well, too — there are two settings for it. It is ample and takes the chill out of the feet. The high setting heats only to 119 degrees — warm but not hot. The electric cord is about 5 feet long — something to consider. I had to attach mine to an extension cord to reach the nearest outlet. Don’t make the mistake of ordering a cheaper model as I did — one that was priced around $75. This KingPavonini is a bit more expensive but it provides an effective massage. This machine will be used — and not end up in the back of a closet. It is effective and firm. I am a woman who wears a size 9 shoe. This fit comfortably with about two inches to spare. My husband wears a size 8.5 and his foot also fit comfortably in this machine.

Relaxing!
I’ve never used one of these foot massagers before and wasn’t sure what to expect. After my first use I was unsure, but it has grown on me. It’s very relaxing and feels great!Set up is simple and pretty intuitive. The remote is nice and it has pictures that match the icons on the machine making it easy to use. It has the massage action which gets nice and deep into the foot. It also has compressions and a vibration which you can use or not. The compression feels particularly nice.Really, the only negatives for me is that the cord isn’t long enough and I have to use an extension cord with it, in order to sit on the couch and plug it in. The heat settings could also be warmer in my opinion. The highest setting only gets lukewarm.Overall I’m very happy with this machine and would recommend it.
